My car was in for its first major oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was friendly and it took about an hour. When I had other cars the dealership would actually wash the car before returning it, th rotation. Everyone was friendly and it took about an hour. These were very nice touches and made the trip to the dealership actually a pleasure. More

The service writers are very warm, understanding, and reliable in providing me with an approximate cost for the needed work and the time required. They make me feel welcome and even allow my two well-be reliable in providing me with an approximate cost for the needed work and the time required. They make me feel welcome and even allow my two well-behaved dogs to stay with me in the waiting room which allows me to combine my visit to Nemer Ford with a dog walk in the village thus saving time and driving. They also accomodate me with setting up appointments that match my available time and performing the necessary work quickly while I wait. More

I went in to get my car serviced and knew it wasn't under warranty at that time. It is a Saturn and the parts sometime are unavailable. I had gone to another service place and found my car needed a bushing? warranty at that time. It is a Saturn and the parts sometime are unavailable. I was Very concerned as I had just gotten the car about 3 mo prior and didn't have the income to get this work completed. To make a shorter story, service contacted sales and the work was done at your cost. I don't choose to take advantage but it was worked out w/the sales-service managers.) I was offered to go home and come back at some other time, as I had to go into the hospital. I feel and Firmly believe that your service people Know their business when it comes time for car repairs. They fixed it and it runs Better than when I left the lot with it, 3 mo. prior. I've had NO problems since. I thank you for this service that you gave me. My only thing that I would like to see in your waiting room is maybe? some complimentary cookies or some "reasonably priced food" at no cost, like a donut or ? so you can grab a quick bite to eat should you run out of your house in a hurry and not have any money on you to use the vending machine. I remember Saturn had that and I Loved it for that reason. It is just a Suggestion and I would hope you wouldn't take this personally as to your waiting area for service customers!!! More
I have used Nemer Ford to Service my 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid for nearly 3 years. I commute between the Adirondacks and southern California an average of 2 times per year and trust Nemer over any other d Hybrid for nearly 3 years. I commute between the Adirondacks and southern California an average of 2 times per year and trust Nemer over any other dealer to keep my Hybrid Escape in shape. I have around 76,000 miles on the vehicle (mostly highway). Nemer Ford has a wonderful and very competent service department. I feel that I can trust them with my vehicle and I am always treated with the greatest courtesy and friendliness. I predominantly deal with Larry as my service representative and he is great. I will not trust my vehicle to Capistrano Ford in Southern California because I found them to be expensive, and dishonest. Larry and Nemer are the exact opposite. Prices are fair and work has always been very competent and I feel that they are always to be trusted. I try to make sure that my Hybrid Escape is taken care of by Nemer before I head back to California to avoid having to deal with Capistrano Ford. Nemer deserves more recognition and I recommend them to everyone who has a Ford product. More
Waited 30 minutes in person to get parts ordered that had been identified (correctly) over the phone previously... Wendy could not properly located them. In another instance attempted to get a price for an item over the phone and was told it could not be done without the VIN... Don told me he would not even try to look it up (I did not ask him to order anything, just for a price) and then hung up the phone when I told him to try. I then called another Ford dealer who had no problem giving me a price on the correct part, over the phone and without the VIN! It left me so irritated that I will no longer use the Nemer Ford parts department, despite its convenience for me. More
Steve was very forthcoming about the nature of the warranty issue with my side view mirror. It was installed incorrectly twice by another Ford dealer, and Steve took care of it after pointing me in t warranty issue with my side view mirror.
