Brought our truck in for a recall and realized it needed to be inspected and they were great about doing while the truck was there. The gentleman also called me as soon as the truck was done. Took me over a year and a few phone calls to finally get my extended warranty refund I didn't need. And I still didn't get the entire refund. Missing about $500. 2. Horrible job by the body shop. It was a very simple job - re attached a weatherstrip to rear window. Ended up putting scratches on paint along the weatherstrip and the weatherstrip STILL comes off easily just by opening the trunk lid. Body shop manager told me it is normal for the weatherstrip to come off easy. 1st time, the weatherstrip was off aligned, brought it back to dealership, 10 mins later, it's aligned but glue was seeping out the weatherstrip against the rear window glass - looked horrible - it seemed like they fixed it by trying to slide the weatherstrip over. Third time was still coming off and there's barely any glue and the window edge looked dirty. I don't think they did a proper job of cleaning them and reprepping for new glue. Manager also lied through his teeth that they never put those scratches there. I cannot believe of all the stupidity of all this. If they cannot fix a simple job, I can't see how I could trust them with any other work. More

Nemer Ford is always accomadating to their customers.The only reason we do not have a Ford is with 3 Children a mini van is easier and Ford does not offer a MiniVan option. Great service department! Have used them for routine work as well as collision repair. Fair prices, quality work, done on time, and nice people. Cant ask for more! I am in total awe. I have a 2008 Ford Edge and my husband has a 2500, 2009 truck. They pretty much informed both of us to take our business elsewhere. Of course there is a story behind my critique, one in which I will deal with in the immediate future. This is not only appalling but very sad at the end of the day.
