Decent service with not many bells & whistles. I've been to this dealer for service a few times since purchasing my vehicle here. I've been to other dealers that offer free snacks and waiting rooms for parents with kids to keep them entertained, and free car washes after service. You won't find any of those things here. More

Body shop I recently got in an accident and had my car transferred to Nemer Ford bodyshop. Everything was going smoothly and Steve was a lot of help during the process. However, when it came to the completion of my 2019 GMC terrain, which took two months to complete with some insurance issues, the pick up process was a completely unacceptable experience. I was told to find a cashier desk, where a younger girl gave me my keys and told me to go find my car. Keep in mind this was a $16,000 job. No review of the repairs done, no explanation, nothing. Just, “here’s your keys, go find your car in the back parking lot.” As a service member pulled up my car and was like here you go, I started looking over my car and a service memeber asked if I would like to speak to the body shop manager. Steve the manager, then came out to talk to me. I found plastic broken pieces, garbage, in the back of my trunk. He said this was an embarrassment, I said you’re right. This whole experience was awful and I made sure he understood that. I’m not sure I would recommend anyone else to have to go through this awful experience. More

Getting my college aged son’s car serviced! I travel 40 minutes or so to get service done at Nemer Ford b/c.... I have never been disappointed!! I’ve never had an issue w an appointment, my CARS I travel 40 minutes or so to get service done at Nemer Ford b/c.... I have never been disappointed!! I’ve never had an issue w an appointment, my CARS are done before promised,... I couldn’t be happier!! Greg Pratt was my service contact... SUPER friendly, professional, great experience!! I was having my son’s VW golf serviced before he went back to school.... we had the emergency brake fixed!! He TRIED to get it fixed in buffalo while at school.... needless to say, Nemer Ford fixed it in 30 minutes!! Thank you More

Had to get my check engine light fixed It took about an hour and it was under warranty. Very happy about that. Nice people so far. bad customer services Bought a new f150 xlt King cab on 8/01/15. On 9/04/17 I go to start it and it will not start.
