Nemer is a dealer with integrity. I ordered a Ram 3500 and had to wait 6 months before the factory built the truck, meanwhile the MSRP went up $7000. A typical dealer would have charg I ordered a Ram 3500 and had to wait 6 months before the factory built the truck, meanwhile the MSRP went up $7000. A typical dealer would have charged me the additional $7000 but not Nemer they stuck to the original agreed price and I feel that deserves an A+++ in integrity. More

WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. They actually screwed me out of my trade in & basically stole my trade in vehicle, then threatened me with legal action when I wanted my trade in ve They actually screwed me out of my trade in & basically stole my trade in vehicle, then threatened me with legal action when I wanted my trade in vehicle back to sell on my own. The sales people are VERY unprofessional and TOO WORRIED about their Ratings!! The sales person I dealt with EVEN filled out an evaluation and FORGED my signature!! More

Yeah. . I’m smiling. Only because I was able to secure this new Jeep. Outside of that I highly recommend you run from this dealership. If you’re looking f . I’m smiling. Only because I was able to secure this new Jeep. Outside of that I highly recommend you run from this dealership. If you’re looking for an honest dealer then this is not the place for you. After verbally agreeing to a deal. The sales manager Jeff called to tell me that the GM and owners were not happy with the deal because there was no mark up over MSRP and the fact that I had my own financing and that they were not making enough money on the deal. The only way they would sell this vehicle to me was if I agreed to finance through them so they could get their kick back. At the end of it all I disagreed pushed back and ultimately they stayed the course to honor the deal. However I suggest you find another dealer to shop at.. More
