One year later I traded my truck for another truck and again, Kyle was great to work with, you did not have the exact truck I was looking for so he found one in Albany and it was broght to you and a deal was made. Overall experience is average. Your service staff was friendly and professional, as is any and all service departments I've visited in the last 10 years. However, some of the other service departments h friendly and professional, as is any and all service departments I've visited in the last 10 years. However, some of the other service departments have went as far as not only cleaning the exterior of the vehical, but vacuuming the interior. Above and beyond services not included at Nemer. Also, I normally have my oil change done by another shop where I always have a cupon for 29.95. This is the price regardless of the amount of oil my car needs. Nemer sent me a similar cupon, but when I went to pay I was charged an additional 10 dollars because "my car required more oil".... sorry Charlie, but that doesn't cut it with me. I am back to my original oil change place. More
