At 2:30 pm the day service was to be performed I phoned to see about picking up truck and was told they would not get to it that day and could I leave it for for the next day. Complete disrespect of my time!! Did they really think I would give them a glowing review after being treated so poorly? More

So there should be no charge and they tell us $26 we ask why and they said tire rotation isn't included. So, they lie. Then there was another gentleman in their extremely upset they had his car for three days and didn't do the service. They try everything to make your bill higher including lying. Take your car somewhere else. We will never be back. haven't found a good chrysler service yet. More

Brakes were bad When I first bought the car and nema motor it seemed fine everything was fine then we had a problem with front tire so I brought it back and the guy When I first bought the car and nema motor it seemed fine everything was fine then we had a problem with front tire so I brought it back and the guy argued with me saying that this was my fault , when I just picked up the car and tire kept going low and low and low so I had to fight with them to get the warranty to pay for it when they should of fixed it for free ,then the tire was still going low so I took it to a local garage where I usually go to and he told me when he took the tire to fix it that my brake pads were shot and he said there was no way I could have done that since I just bought the car just in February so they apparently let it squeeze through the cracks and just let it pass the inspection ,so I brought it in to neema told them about it and he goes he doesn't know how it squeezed through the cracks but they did replace the brakes and the rotors for free, which I feel that I should get some of my money back because I could almost had an accident with that car not knowing that the brakes were bad that's my opinion More
