Bad service I called this dealer ship and left a message for the service department 5 times in 2 days and never got a call back 3 days now. The 6th time my husban I called this dealer ship and left a message for the service department 5 times in 2 days and never got a call back 3 days now. The 6th time my husband called and ask to speak to the General Manager and he was told that they was to busy to take our call. I will never let them service our car again and will never buy another vehicle there. More

I went thru their website and you can't setup an appointment so I contact a message number they have right there on the website. They told me the service teams was no setup for text messages or chat. So I told them what kind of service I want.and they told me someone what's going to reach at the phone that I gave them. Till now never receive a phone call from them. Really upset me because thats what I got my car at. So I will not recommended at all. More
Just The best dealership. Hands down. I took my Titan in for a complaint of Front seats not working properly, and engine light. I was told that I needed a new BCM, and a catalytic conver I took my Titan in for a complaint of Front seats not working properly, and engine light. I was told that I needed a new BCM, and a catalytic converter. The repair would be around $ 2,000.00, I also added a trans service, rear breaks, and window lubrication, to me that's a big chunk of change. After the initial repairs my trucks other cat went bad, and the BCM needed reprogrammed. My service adviser Jason, the service manager John, and the lead Technician Charlie told me to bring my truck in. Folks they reprogrammed the BCM, and removed and replaced the catalytic converter at no cost, and even put me in a rental car for the day. That includes all labor. I did not have to pay one red penny to have the repairs done. The repair wasn't done correctly They said do why should I have to pay twice. Find another dealership like this one. ha you won't These guys are honest, helpful, and went above, and beyond to take care of a customer. More
Great experience Brent was the gentleman that greeted me check my car in and checked my car out. Customer Service oriented and quite an asset to the company. He explained the one to one program that had never been explained to me in the past. If it was I did not understand what they were saying. I would give Brent a five star rating. More
Very Good Service I had to have the motor replaced for my windshield washer fluid pump. I called the day previous and they set up an early appointment. I dropped off my car, then they offered to drive me back home because the maintenance was to take 2 to 3 hours. They had the part earlier than estimated and the service took less time than estimated. They picked me back up and the cost of service was less than estimated. All technicians and coordinators were very nice and attentive. The young lady that check me out was a bit of a smarty pants with a couple of wise cracks. Maybe she thought she was being funny, but I thought she was being stupid and not polite. I will continue to use this dealership for service. More
