RUDE MECHANIC!!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET SERVICE WORK DONE AT THIS LOCATION. THERE WAS A MIS COMMUNICATION WITH MY A/C GETTING FIXED. I ASKED THEM TO CHEC I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET SERVICE WORK DONE AT THIS LOCATION. THERE WAS A MIS COMMUNICATION WITH MY A/C GETTING FIXED. I ASKED THEM TO CHECK MY A/C AND SAID I BELIEVE IT WAS THE BLOWER BUT WASNT SURE TO PLEASE CHECK IT. I PAID FOR THE SERVICE AND GOT IN MY CAR AND THE A/C WASN'T WORKING STILL. I WENT BACK INSIDE AND TOLD THEM IT WASNT WORKING...THE TECH AND SERVICE MGR ALONG WITH THE MECHANIC CAME OUT TO LOOK AT IT. THE TECH OFFERED TO LET ME KEEP THE LOANER WHILE THEY FIX WHAT WAS WRONG. BUT THE MGR SAID NO.I WAS UPSET BUT I NEVER RAISED MY VOICE I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHY IT WASN'T FIXED. THE MECHANIC LOOKED AT ME VERY ANGRILY AND SPOKE VERY RUDE TO ME IN FRONT OF HIS MGR AND TECH.AT THIS POINT I DIDNT LIKE HOW HE SPOKE TO ME AND THE MGR DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING TO HIM ABOUT HOW HE WAS RUDE TO ME. THE MGR DID GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T FIX IT BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T MAKE THE A/C CONTROL HEAD ANYMORE. More

Stranded I would not recommend buying from Nelson auto Group!!!!!! I Bought and paid cash for a brand new 2016 Nissan Titan Xd platinum at Nelson Nissan in Bro I would not recommend buying from Nelson auto Group!!!!!! I Bought and paid cash for a brand new 2016 Nissan Titan Xd platinum at Nelson Nissan in Broken Arrow! I have had nothing but issues out of this truck! Every time I have took it to Nelson Nissan I have been treated poorly, multiple times they have forgot to contact me when my truck was ready! I've tried contacting management to never get a response! Apparently They don't live by there core values they have posted on there walls. Leaving without my truck multiple times! I have brought it in for electrical issues that have not been fixed. Such as the whole dash, and radio shutting completely off while driving! And that has not been fixed. I had the engine and tranny go out with only 20k on it . I was stranded on side of the highway for 5 hours finally got it towed but they would not tow my trailer and told me I was responsible for that! Nelson Nissan replaced the engine and tranny. After picking it up 20 miles down the road the truck breaks down in the middle of the freeway, I managed to limp it off the freeway. I begin inspecting under the hood to find it had a Turbo Hose that was not even connected and a sufficient amount of DEF leaking under it. They towed it back. I went in the next day The Executive Manager David said it was not a big deal and I begin to explain how I have been treated and after getting into an argument I was told "YOU CAN NOT EXPECT FOR IT TO BE FIXED CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME CAN YOU?" and then I asked him what happens when it breaks down again with my family in middle of the freeway AND causes a wreck! he begin smarting off I could take my buisness else where! So I will be using Jim Glover Nissan! Who we have bought from I do not feel safe putting my family and pregnant wife in a vehicle that is poorly repaired and not reliable. And then I receive a call offering me a hundred dollars to take down my review! So you all wouldn't see this that right there is sad I am without a vehicle $50,000 waisted and they want to bribe me!!!! More
