Will try to make you feel cornered into something you don't want to do. Very pushy. Unprofessional. They offered 3,000 less for my trade in then what we originally agreed on when I backed out they became aggressive and we had to call my bf to feel safe. They will belittle you if you're a woman and try to gaslight you into a bad deal and I felt uncomfortable to back out of the deal without a guy there. When we said it was a unfair deal they became aggressive. For noncommission it's crazy they're more aggressive than any other car sales. Also beware they delete Google reviews and bribe customers as well to delete reviews and or write good ones More

Let me just start off by saying that Omar is the bomb! ! I came into Mazda searching for an SUV that was going to work for my family. Omar never tried to pressure us into buying anything specific, he truly ! I came into Mazda searching for an SUV that was going to work for my family. Omar never tried to pressure us into buying anything specific, he truly wanted to help us find something we genuinely wanted (whether that was a Mazda make or not). I had been super picky with what I was wanting and he was very patient with me. He showed us 3 different SUV's and the third time was the charm. He explained the sale process with us and made sure we understood each step throughly. Such an awesome guy to work with and super appreciative of him! We would definitely buy with him/mazda again! Cam was the sales person that helped me with the purchase of my Chevy Cruze. Mazda would not give me what I wanted for my trade so I took it over to CarMax and sold it to them for what I needed to purchase of my Chevy Cruze. I was impressed with Cam he called me and sent me a text while I was at CarMax. I purchased the Cruze along with a package to have the windows tinted, seats treated and the diamond shield put on the front of the car. Cam will get the job done. More

I then found myself scrolling through the reviews of Nelson Mazda. After a few minutes of reading I was like “awesome they seem very straightforward and honest, I’ll buy a car here” WELL, the old adage of “if it’s too good to be true, it probably is” absolutely holds true. For an “upfront and fair” store, you think their associates would understand the term “out the door price” very clearly. Unfortunately for me someone did not get the memo. So it was quite surprising that when I asked for costs, SUDDENLY, an extra 399$ document fee appeared. If you decide to shop here, please read these over the top five star reviews, with a grain of salt. My experience has been nothing but the opposite. More
We bought a brand new CX-5 and had a great experience. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Our salesman was knowledgeable in the car we wanted and even helped us find the color we wanted since it wasn’t Everyone was very polite and helpful. We only have 4000 on the car and so far it’s been excellent, it really is a lot of fun to drive, never thought I would say that about a crossover. More

I purchased a Ford F-150 truck in March 2021 from Nelson Mazda. I live in MO and drove all the way to the dealership for the vehicle. I paid CASH but upon arrival was told the title was not available (was t Mazda. I live in MO and drove all the way to the dealership for the vehicle. I paid CASH but upon arrival was told the title was not available (was told they would process it and mail it to me in 7-10 days). Two days after purchasing the truck, the check engine light began flashing and the vehicle shaking. I called the dealership who told me there was nothing they could do, as it “passed their internal inspection process”. When I didn’t receive the title, I called back and was informed there was an issue getting the title from the previous owner (not what I was originally told). After my 30 day temp tag expired, they mailed me another one (fraud!! Including a sale date that was NOT accurate). Title still was unavailable. Finally was told they were waiting on a lien release and blamed it on Covid. After almost two months, I finally received the title and had to pay late fees when I registered. I will NEVER do business with Nelson Mazda again. Typical dealership: once they get your money they could care less about you. More
My husband and I purchased a 2013 Lexus 570 mid-October 2020. We live in Texas so we had to secure funding before making the visit to Tulsa, OK. The financial institute we chose requires dealerships to handle TTL paperwork before releasing any funds because Texas is a lien-holding state. I confirmed with Lindsay in the title department that TTL paperwork would be handled by the dealership. However, that was not the case. Within a week, I was mailed the TTL check along with the title. That to me indicates bad faith because they did not follow through on their words and I paid a $399 documentation fee. During the sales process we were able to negotiate with Daniel H. We pointed out major mechanical flaws to the vehicle such as cracked radiator, moisture in a headlight, and worn-down brake pads. We showed him the cost of certified Lexus parts and he was able to adjust the pricing. More
