Would be great if the dealership would service a car properly. They've known that tje car has been slightly modified and have serviced it before, but now refuse to diagnose why there had been vibrations properly. They've known that tje car has been slightly modified and have serviced it before, but now refuse to diagnose why there had been vibrations radiating from the front. I told them I may have thrown a weight or that my wheels need balancing, yet they refused to properly diagnose it and did not fix the problem. Took the car to tire discounters in Smyrna, all I needed was a balancing. I told Mazda that, yet they said switch to oem parts. More

They recommended work done on previous service call, did a major tuneup and other work without verifying it was complete. Got 5 miles down the road and had to return. I take my car to the dealer because I expect PREMIUM service, not the same half assed, sloppy work I would get at any shop. Had several issues in the past with this location. Will not return. More

I have always had great experiences at this dealership with my car service but the last two times, it’s been frustrating. The last time I came (Feb), I was given an estimate, agreed to it, and then when with my car service but the last two times, it’s been frustrating. The last time I came (Feb), I was given an estimate, agreed to it, and then when I came to pick the car up, the final price was more. My tech did try to appease me by giving a few discounts. I didn’t complain but the overall experience didn’t sit well with me. This time I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. The tech found that I had quite a bit of corrosion on my battery. They had also found this to be true during the last appointment I had (4 months ago). Last time they recommended a cleaning to remove the corrosion. I agreed to it. This most current trip, they assured me the battery was good but it needed another cleaning. The tech advised that they may need to look into the situation further if there’s corrosion again at the next maintenance appointment. I agreed and left, though it seemed odd. Then, 2 weeks later when I was 400 miles away from home, my car wouldn’t start. I boosted it off from a friend and went to AutoZone. AutoZone tested the battery and said it was a bad battery. They also showed me the tester hooked up to the battery that said it was bad and operating at 86%. That immediately raised a red flag to me about my service experience at Mazda. It made me wonder if they were doing unnecessary work when the problem could have been taken care of at that time and I wouldn’t have been out of town with a dead battery. I want to continue to utilize Mazda for all of my car maintenance and needs but my past two experiences have not been good. I’m not sure what has changed or why it has changed. More
