Long distance car shopping is stressful, but Alisa has been so great sending LOTS of vehicle pics and disclosing even the most minor of flaws on the vehicle I am considering. The prices of vehicles are also very competitive, which in combination of buying from a state with little to no salt on the roads (therefore no rust-I live in MN and this is important!) make Nelson Mazda a very appealing dealer to purchase from. Again, I have not yet purchased a car, but wanted to review the excellent customer service at this dealer! I know I will feel confident purchasing through this dealer in the future! More
