Came in with one expectation, left with a great experience! We were in the market for an older car that we could pay cash for and would get us through a transition over the next 24 months. We came to inspect one vehicle which turned out to be a dud for us. In fact it was probably Joseph's shortest test drive to date. He handled the objections we had and professionally asked what our specific criteria was for the vehicle we were wanting. He searched the inventory and provided 2 options for us check out. He was not pushy and we felt he genuinely wanted to match our needs with a solution. That is exactly what he did. Most importantly is the fact that he treated our small purchase like any other one. He honored and respected our wants for this purchase and did a great job filling that need. Exactly what you want when looking for a reliable vehicle. In an effort to expedite our purchase on a busy Saturday we had the pleasure to work with Ken Allen. Although we were not financing this purchase and had cash for the purchase, Ken spent a good amount of time finalizing our purchase, answering our questions, and building a rapport that will certainly prompt us to refer business to this dealership. Overall we had a very good experience at Nelson Mazda. They far exceeded our expectations and have gone a long way in redeeming an industry that has a not so stellar reputation. More
