I would highly recommend Tom Chanthavong. Tom was very knowledgeable, personable, and anxious to assure that my needs were met. I was also pleased with the assistance provided by the finance manager, Ben M. He explained the closing process/options clearly and succinctly, and with undue pressure on sales of extended warranties. I learned that Nelson Mazda prices aggressively, and I saw that aggressiveness in the deal I made. I believe that I saved several thousand dollars over what I would have paid for the same car locally. I negotiated my deal over the internet. I selected the vehicle I was interested in, shared information on the vehicle I wished to trade, and worked out a final price before I began the 180 mile or so drive to Nashville. The sale itself went off without a hitch. I paid exactly what we agreed during our internet negotiations. Thanks Nelson! I would highly recommend your dealership to anyone looking for a new Mazda. just when i had almost given up was looking for a 3rd row suv or van, wanted to pay cash. i had been to many many lots, and looked at vehicles sold by owners. everything i had looked was looking for a 3rd row suv or van, wanted to pay cash. i had been to many many lots, and looked at vehicles sold by owners. everything i had looked at was so expensive with a mountain of problems. i found a 2005 honda pilot on car guru. inquired about it.nelson mazda reached out to me, i was shown 3 vehicles in that wholesale price range. fast, friendly and honest. i literally was about to give up on the car search for a while, because i was over it. Joseph Leming was patient, even when we were not. answered any questions we had, was informative, and for once was actually quit knowledgable about cars. most salesmen are not. they even cleaned the car before i took it off the lot! love my new car and would definatly come back in the future More
