On the test drive, Joseph was very knowledgeable and held a great conversation. Allowed for both of us to drive it around with no pressure for a short ride. Once back at the dealership, Steve joined the 3 of us and was very friendly. Explained our budget to him, he gave us a great trade-in value for my car and explained several options of lease-to-buy that we had not considered so we could get a quality vehicle in our budget (without feeling pushy (commission-free dealership)). Continuing with Ben in finance was great. Extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to (continual joking with us the entire time! :D ), Ben took extra time to make sure all details were correct on our govt. paper work and explained the benefits of the added coverage we could add. He explained this very well and helped us see the benefit of adding it while also telling us what coverage options we didn't need for our situation. Again, never felt pushy and showed a genuine concern for our best interest. I was not planning on purchasing anything from this dealership since I had other vehicles in mind, but with the great quality Mazda 6, and the stellar service both my wife and I received, we are very happy to have leased from Nelson and worked with all these great gentlemen. Second time around, This is now my second purchase with this Mazda dealership only after totaling the first car I bought through them four months after purchase; devastat This is now my second purchase with this Mazda dealership only after totaling the first car I bought through them four months after purchase; devastated (because I love my Mazda 3 and I have never been in a wreck, let alone a wreck with a BRAND NEW CAR) I returned to Mazda today to have Tom assist me with the Gap insurance claim (that they thankfully secured for me at purchase); instead, I left with a new car despite my worry that they couldn't make it happen for me twice. In this case, I profited from my own mis-judgement. Without going into detail about my person finances, I will say that this team is undefeated. They have now twice worked against the odds to get me into a ride, a nice ride, a really nice ride; and were able to do so without breaching my budget. Ironically, I was in a stickier bind the second time around and yet they were able to secure me even more beneficial perks than my initial purchase (and I was taken care of the first time around) so the old saying goes, "better with time." After a decade long of bad experiences with both cars and the automotive and mechanics industry altogether; this team has works together to defy the car dealer stereotype that they are all liars and thieves because both experiences I have found them to be truly trustworthy and reliable. Trying to buy a car as a woman, I felt like they took care of me the way my dad would if he could. The best part, is watching how happy it makes them to just be of service because that's where the true value of consumerism lies. I am truly blessed by their commitment and honest transparency. More
