Best service I'be ever had. Nelson Mazda in Antioch was fantastic. My pre approval was easy and super fast. I was contacted in min and had an appointment set up. He was polite and we'll knowledge and made me feel like a valued friend not a customer. Pricing was up front and more than reasonable. Joseph took me though the buying process seamlessly and with ease while making me feel appreciated for just walking through the door. Ben the finance guy explained all my options and listened to any concern I had with patience. Was interested in what was best for me and my personal finances, not sales quota or dealership bottom line. They both took care or me and in no time I had the car I wanted for a reasonable price with some of the bestimated ser vice I habe every experienced. If I could review these guys higher I would. First Time Buying a Car - Great Experience! I walked into the dealership with my soon to be sales rep, Tom, holding the door. I knew the two cars I was interested in, both of which were manual t I walked into the dealership with my soon to be sales rep, Tom, holding the door. I knew the two cars I was interested in, both of which were manual transmission. The problem was, I had only driven a stick a handful of times. Tom helped me practice in the parking lot and gave me confidence in my potential purchase. I ended up getting one of the two vehicles and, being my first time buying a car ever, was helped along the process by everyone involved. Everyone was clear, helpful, and was anything but pushy in seeing the deal through. In all, an excellent experience and one that I would recommend to anyone. More

Since then I have spent $3000+ over three months in repairs and have still not gotten my vehicle back. I highly recommend that if you choose to buy a vehicle from this location to have it inspected by a third party mechanic. I hope you have better luck than I did! More
