Tommy spent a good deal of time listening to the needs of our family and providing feedback that allowed us to make an educated decision about our car purchase. Recalls Had two recalls on my car called and scheduled an appt on a Saturday @ 10 . Was put on hold for 12 mins while she checked to see if they had the parts before she confirmed my appt. We I got there at 10 was greeted by Zach who said it would take about 1 1/2 hrs ,gave up a loaner car drove off was called 20 mins later went back and per Zach did not have all the parts would have to ordered them would not be in til Tuesday.. My husband was upset about having an appt but not having all the parts . Zach was very apologetic ,So we would not have to drive all the way back on Thursday and put more miles on my car he gave us the loaner .Picked my car up on Thursday . Thanks Zach More

Horrible customer expirence Service advisor and technician where both misleading on repairs. Ignored my concerns . Tried to state that my rear view mirror was loose due to window Service advisor and technician where both misleading on repairs. Ignored my concerns . Tried to state that my rear view mirror was loose due to window tint after me informing them they rearview mirror was loose upon purchase of vehicle and that the window tint installer did not remove mirror for installation.. Tech also stated tires are the reason for the suspension noise you hear going over speed bumps. At less that 2 miles a hour..Overal I was informed of things that would cost me money and not offered to fix things that would be warranty covered as my car still has full bumper to bumper warranty .. More

Recall for Takata Airbag I received a notice in the mail. Went to the computer and scheduled an appointment. Showed up 10 minutes early and was met promptly by Lonnie who got I received a notice in the mail. Went to the computer and scheduled an appointment. Showed up 10 minutes early and was met promptly by Lonnie who got the process started. The service tech did a complete video of the car and noted things that would be needed soon. That was sent to my phone for viewing, great! The recall was completed quickly and I was back on the road within 1 hour. Great service by all concerned. Thanks, Robert Kepley More
