Over and above! Brought my Mazda in for some regular maintenance, and it needed a part that was not in stock but would be available later in the day. So to ensure I Brought my Mazda in for some regular maintenance, and it needed a part that was not in stock but would be available later in the day. So to ensure I could get my 'to do' list done and not have to sit there and wait, they offered me a loaner vehicle. I joked that I'd like a Miata if possible, and the next thing you know, I'm driving one for the day! No extra cost either! Amazing! That's what I call great customer service. And my other vehicle was done later that day, on time too. Yep. They rocked it! More

Problem not solved This is the second time I have brought my Mazda 3 to the dealership for the same problem. It still is not fixed. Both times they said a software update would fix it. It did not. I also found the video and text not very helpful, since they didn’t mention the problem I brought the car in for. That's the best way to start my review because it pretty much sums up our experience in a nutshell. As much as we dislike car shopping this really was ... dare I say, fun?! Everyone, especially our product specialist, Liz, was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Most of all they were genuinely NICE! We never felt pressured and that was key for us. We are so grateful to everyone at the dealership for making what could have been (and in our past experience elsewhere has been) a very unpleasant experience into an enjoyable afternoon where we left feeling like part of a new family. Thanks again to Liz for her help and for having patience as we (the husband and I) came to a final decision/agreement. And thanks to Trey and Lonnie for sharing their knowledge and answering all our many questions. We have found a dealership that we would recommend to family and friends and THAT is the true testament to the amazing experience we had. More
I felt jerked around and screwed over like never before. Brought 2014 Mazda 3 in for routine maintenance 10/25/2018. Technician damaged driver side door. Repairs delayed several times, and included Nelson Mazda sending me over to their contracted collision center twice to pick up vehicle - not ready both times. I should never have been put in that position. Repeated delays cost me time and money. I had to pay add'l $ for parking at work because I didn't have my vehicle. Only courtesy extended by Nelson Mazda was a loaner vehicle. Did not get my vehicle back until 12/14/2018. Very dissatisfied with whole mess. No hard feelings toward Zach or Lonnie, but situation could have been better handled, in my opinion. They fixed my vehicle, but made no effort to "make it right" More
