It was a used vehicle with a wholesale price so not a high profit vehicle, but we were treated spectacularly regardless. Glen truly modeled and extended a high level of customer care unlike a few other dealers we visited in our vehicle search. While at Nelson Mazda everyone was kind and ready to assist. We did not feel pressured and were encouraged that our vehicle needs from price point to reliability were truly taken into consideration even in the finance office as we met with Careginald.
