I’ve dealt with them on three separate occasions after purchasing my truck. Every experience except the buying experience has been TERRIBLE. The service department is beyond rude and derogatory. If he continues to speak to people like he spoke to me he will find out real quick not everybody is as tolerant. More

Pleased for the most part. One issue received only one key fop when the truck was delivered. This was not discussed while closing. I stopped in but my salesman wasn’t in. I was offered a$150 key replacement plan and while after waiting 30 minutes of thinking. I left for another appointment. Haven’t been able to make contact with my salesperson yet. Good news is wife won’t being going there to look for a new Honda accord current one is176k and due to be replaced. I don’t make recommendations why I have a no. Plus waiting on salesperson response. It’s disappointing I can’t give 0 stars, but here we are. I gave sales manager a detailed description of car and price I was interested in. He had a sales guy let me know they had a Rogue on the way that I gave sales manager a detailed description of car and price I was interested in. He had a sales guy let me know they had a Rogue on the way that fit the description - it would be in within the week. After almost a month, they admitted the car didn’t exist. Both manager and sales guy tried to up sell me on something different - a classic bait and switch. I’d avoid this dealership. More
We will never buy anything from here again. We purchased a 2022 Nissan Frontier. Before we even got out of the lot we realized they had covered up a place that was torn in the carpet. They say that they do a multi point check and the tire pressure varied from high to low and 2 dust caps missing. Once out on the highway at 77 MPH the tires were out of balance and they wouldn't do anything about it, so we spent 150 to get tires rotated and balanced. All of that was in June. Just now took back for complimentary oil change and they allowed oil from filter to spill into a protective cover that leaked out on our garage floor. The access cover for the oil filter was missing. We are not sure if that happened with this oil change or before we bought it. They promised a floor mat for the driver side and have never got it. On the extended warranties they used scare tactics. More
