I have a 2008 Honda Civic. I took it to the dealer because of a coolant leak. The dealer checked and found a cracked block but thankfully this was covered by Honda. Zero response to email and phone complaint about service. Written complaint to GM prompted a phone message from Service Manager. We emailed back with questions, but no response. Transmission failed at 109 Written complaint to GM prompted a phone message from Service Manager. We emailed back with questions, but no response. Transmission failed at 109K in our CRV; our records show they simply "checked" rather than changing transmission fluid as needed. Until this happened we had trusted this dealership. They are either dishonest or incredibly bad at customer service, or both. More

Great service,friendly no pressure atmosphere, would not take my car anywhere else for service. I never leave feeling like I was being used to get as much money as possible, like I have at other Honda deal take my car anywhere else for service. Great service. They fit me in on short notice and a tight schedule. Although I no longer live near Frankfort, I return to Jeff Wyler to have my Honda serviced because I trust what they tell me and appreciate schedule.
