BE CAREFUL Please be careful when you get your car serviced here. I had an extended warranty on my CRV due to a oil consumption issue (that's a whole other story Please be careful when you get your car serviced here. I had an extended warranty on my CRV due to a oil consumption issue (that's a whole other story..) and while they re-built the engine for free it seems they lacked one major skill. THEY DID NOT TIGHTEN THE LOWER MOUNTING BOLT. My engine gave out about 4 months after the engine rebuild. I had to get my car towed and fixed by somebody who is actually trained on working with cars. It was the lower torque mount bolt that had come undone and he fixed it- all the while saying it is 100% true that it was put in during the re-build improperly. Honda of Frankfort that the bolt came out in a parking lot and not the interstate- could have caused a wreck and/or injury/death. They are lucky I am not suing them- I am just asking for reimbursement. More

Rude customer service in Service Section , The rep was not ready to honor their own coupons which they honored in the past and when asked that i speak to a manager, they say there is no manag , The rep was not ready to honor their own coupons which they honored in the past and when asked that i speak to a manager, they say there is no manager and they can do nothing about it. i left the car and asked them to charge me the full price and i will speak to manager when i return for pickup and the rep says OK and then the manager calls and says i didn't sign the work order for them to do the repair and i need to go back again to sign the work order. i even told the manager that i was not asked to sign anything but he says that is my mistake More

Gone are the welcomi I've gone to Jeff Wyler Honda (xxk/a Honda of Frankfort) for almost 20 years. I'm now finding the customer service to be lacking. Gone are the welcoming gentlemen who would talk with you upon check-in. I couldn't tell you the names of any of the employees I worked with. Also, Jeff Wyler Honda seems to be the only dealership that does NOT wash your car when you come in for service. There are all manners of complimentary washes and vacuuming services at various local Toyota, Honda, and Mercedes dealerships. I'm considering transferring my business to a more convenient location in hopes of finding a better experience. The quality of work on my vehicle is still excellent though. More
Brake repair and additional checks. I brought the car in with obvious rear brake issues. That was taken car of promptly while I waited. They told me the front brakes would soon need attention but it wasn't neccessary immediately. I liked that. No pressure. Additionally I was getting some noise at cold start in the power steering mechanism. They advised that the fluid was full, clean and with no leaks. Good enough for me. I like the fact that they checked things out, gave me options without pressure to commit to Uneccesary repairs. A quality experience. Thanks. More
