Yusel was very patient and I felt like he was a great choice to help him on his first time. Duncan was so informative and took extra time to help us with everything. He helped him get the best rate possible. So glad my son's first time buying a car was a positive experience. Both these guys went out of their way to assist us. 1st time buyer. Plenty of negative reviews that I read today. My experience was positive. I was in and out in 2hrs. I dropped in, saw the vehicle I liked, researched the price online (avg), and then re today. My experience was positive. I was in and out in 2hrs. I dropped in, saw the vehicle I liked, researched the price online (avg), and then returned with my trade-in. I then spoke to Kriss B., she was busy closing another deal but dedicated time to me so I didn't feel unattended to. She asked what I wanted and we agreed on a price and trade-in value and the deal was done (also thanks to a smooth finance/clerk experience). Nothing out of the ordinary, no issues or complaints. If something goes south with the remainder of the paperwork I will post... otherwise expect it went smoothly. More

Do NOT buy your next vehicle from Neil Huffman Honda! They are dishonest and extremely unprofessional. I received three emails asking me to come to the dealership to test drive a car that I inquired abou They are dishonest and extremely unprofessional. I received three emails asking me to come to the dealership to test drive a car that I inquired about online. I said that the price was $1000 more than I was willing to pay. Then the manager asked if I would buy the car if it was $1000 less. When I got there the car was not on the lot yet! We sat down to discuss numbers on the vehicle that I wanted. I inquired about the vehicle being $1000 less than the asking price. The same manager said that he would not take off $1000 off the asking price. I left without buying a car. The GM emailed me and asked if my visit was satisfactory and how he could earn my business. I emailed him back and explained what had happened and told him how he could earn my business. He did not return my email. I called him. He did not return my call. As I stated Neil Huffman Honda is a very unprofessional car dealership! More
