First time car buyer. I had a wonderful experience, even during COVID. Juice (obviously a nick name) was amazing and really convinced me to run some numbers and their financing department had me with a plan during COVID. Yusel was fantastic to work with. On top of being easy to deal with over the phone in the purchase of my vehicle, after they had already had my business as customer and I was on my way to finish signing and deal with over the phone in the purchase of my vehicle, after they had already had my business as customer and I was on my way to finish signing and purchasing my vehicle, my sister and I got into a rather bad car wreck 50 minutes away from the dealership. Rather then letting me spend the time and money on an Uber, Yusel drove out the 50 minutes to BFE Indiana and back. As someone who works in customer service, I greatly appreciate when someone goes above and beyond to assist someone when they already had my business and didn't have to do anything extra to earn it. I am a 16 year old new driver and I saw the listing in AutoTrader for a 20 If I could give Neil Huffman Honda in Clarksville, IN, zero stars, I would. I am a 16 year old new driver and I saw the listing in AutoTrader for a 2008 Nissan Sentra VIN: 3N1AB61E88L608751. This car was listed for $6000 with an odometer reading at 66189. My mom and dad scheduled a test drive and away we went. After the test drive, I loved the car and was willing to buy it along with my parents. The salesman came back with the figures and Neil Huffman Honda raised the Autotrader sale price $500, to $6500, with no advanced notice. We showed the sales manager the ad listed in Autotrader for $6000. The manager said they changed the price before we came in and that the new price would show up in Autotrader the next day. My parents were berated by the manager for suggesting that Neil Huffman honor the advertised price. This is a blatant example of false advertising and manipulation of the consumer. This was clearly the worst business practice I have ever experienced, and the saddest part is that it permeates the whole store. My parents and I will not be coming back, and advise any sensible person not to waste their time. More

During this pandemic I have been doing extensive research on SUV’s using YouTube and watching videos. So I fell in love with the Honda CRV EX-L. We also knew the salesperson we wanted to work with so we call on SUV’s using YouTube and watching videos. So I fell in love with the Honda CRV EX-L. We also knew the salesperson we wanted to work with so we called Kriss Brodie and made an appointment. Using Neil Huffman and having Kriss working with us was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had!! No tricks and no pressure! We’ve had the car almost 2 weeks and have taken on small road trip so far. The comfort is top notch and the safety features, like Honda Sensing, blind spot monitoring, cross traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, and Apple Car Play worked like a charm which is the reason I was attracted to the CRV in the first place. We could not be happier with our purchase from Neil Huffman Honda and the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with in Kriss Brodie! More
