I was in need of a new car. Their TV ads were interesting. So, we drove to Frankfort. The experience was wonderful! Salesman Dylan Webb was amazing! Do not shop here! !!! The worst customer service ever. I’ve had multiple issues since purchasing a vehicle in November, but let me start with the latest. June 15th I we !!! The worst customer service ever. I’ve had multiple issues since purchasing a vehicle in November, but let me start with the latest. June 15th I went in for an oil change. They did not put the dipstick back in my car. My car was leaking oil and ended up dying on the highway. It was towed to local dealership who informed me of this. When I called Neil Huffman I was placed on hold. They told me a manage would call me back. 3 days later NO CALL. The audacity. This has cost me so much money and they truly don’t care. There are so many better choices for dealerships that actually care about their customers. So tragic and unfortunate. More

I was very disappointed that I had to pay for tire rotation. When I purchased those tires from you, I was told I had free lifetime rotation. In addition, When I purchased new tires from you earlier rotation. When I purchased those tires from you, I was told I had free lifetime rotation. In addition, When I purchased new tires from you earlier for my 2014 Enclave, I was told I would also get free rotation for life of the car. I was charged for both at my last service. More
Went in for a service appointment today for a service bulletin. Explained the bulletin when I made the appointment and again today when I brought the truck in. They ignored that and spent 3 hours doing a bulletin. Explained the bulletin when I made the appointment and again today when I brought the truck in. They ignored that and spent 3 hours doing an unnecessary transflush that they thought was under warranty. They told they did the update but had to charge me $159 for the trans flush. I paid it then they told me they did NOT do the update. Wasted half my day and $159 @ this service dept today. I was hoping to find a compitent gm service department as I own 12 gm vehicles but wont ever take one here again. I'll continue to send them to Louisville. More
