I want to THANK Kris Carr for the fantastic service we received at your dealership. We were traveling to Louisville from mid Ohio and hit a monster pothole in Kentucky. At the last minute on Sat you service manager got us in to inspect the car's front end and replace the tire (per my request). The five hour drive home Sunday evening was a pleasure. I was confident in the cars safety and reliability. After lengthy research of all the top brands we choose Acura. Safety and reliability are the number one reason we purchased an Acura followed by ride comfort, style and fit and finish. I don't mine but I can't use my Acura service discount , she said she already discount for me , on my rec I have my 2004 mdx for service cost $2,735 . Let me ask if she does not want me to use it why they sent Acura service discount card . I am very very disappointed , I been service here since 2006 and just bought 2016 Infiniti last year . Not sure how it could be worse My experience with Neil Huffman service started in late August or early September. My daughter's 2006 Acura TSX air conditioning was not working. I t My experience with Neil Huffman service started in late August or early September. My daughter's 2006 Acura TSX air conditioning was not working. I took the car in to have that repaired and had them also do an oil change and replace the engine coolant. As part of the service they also did a number of other checks and a tire rotation. The AC was repaired at a cost of approx. 1200.00, they replaced the AC clutch which they said was the cause of the AC failure When I picked up the car the AC was working and the car was driven home and left in the driveway as I needed to change the brakes and was unable to do so immediately due to a recent operation. After about a week and a half I started the brake job and found at least one lug nut on each wheel that was so over-torqued that I bent the factory supplied lug wrench getting the nuts off. I expect some over-torquing when having tire rotation done at a dealer or tire store but certainly not to that extent as this can result in broken studs as well as warped rotors. When I finished the brake job I took the car for a test drive to be sure that everything was functioning properly,, which was when I discovered that the AC was not working again. When I dropped the car back at Huffman I showed the Service Adviser the bent lug wrench and got no response. The AC system was "evacuated and recharged, Added dye and rechecked to confirm no leaks found at this time" another 121.00. Within another week the AC was again not working but as it was heading into cooler weather and my daughter needed to drive back to school I did nothing at that time. Last night 12/10/18 I received a call from my daughter saying that the car had made a strange noise and something fell out under the engine compartment. I asked her to send me a picture of what had fallen off and it turns out to be the new AC clutch. So in summary, after spending over 1600.00 (AC plus other services) I was left with a vehicle that needed all four rotors replaced due to over-torquing of the lug nuts and an AC system that not only still does not work but has the newly installed parts falling off. More

I feel like buying any car from a dealership is a hassle, so our experience was about average. We have had 2 warranty repairs done since then and neither experience was as expected. The service advisors act like they do not have time to talk to you. Both repairs took longer than expected, and a call was not made when they were finished either time. A loaner car was not offered either time. Another customer who was waiting at the service counter also mentioned to me how bad his experience was. I would not recommend this dealership. More

I moved the service for my vehicles to Neil Huffman Acura in the past few years but recently had to go back to Louisville Honda World to get coverage on a 100 month battery that Honda World installed in 2016 on an Acura I own. Louisville Honda World refused to honor the warranty on the Honda battery that they had installed in my Acura. They told me to go to Acura. (makes no sense, these are 2 separately owned businesses). If I owned a Toyota, would they have sent me to Toyota?) I explained the situation to Bryce and Tyler at Neil Huffman Acura and while they did not need to take responsibility for the situation Louisville Honda World was trying to push off on them they did take care of the problem for me. NEIL HUFFMAN ACURA IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR REAL SERVICE! THANK YOU FOR GREAT SERVICE GUYS. More

2014 MXD in the shop too many times Hasn't even been a year since me and my wife purchased a 2014 MXD that was a service vehicle that had low miles on it. We have had it in the shop twi Hasn't even been a year since me and my wife purchased a 2014 MXD that was a service vehicle that had low miles on it. We have had it in the shop twice now for a low voltage charging problem which on the second time they figured out it could be do to updating the software. We also had some warranty work done on it that had to do with black trim piece on the driver side passenger door that was coming loose. We took it in the first time and had them replace it told them what part it was what side what door. They fixed the wrong side three times before they actually got it right on the fourth time. On this last time that they fixed the black trim piece which was the right side right door this time they told us our SUV was done. When we went to go pick it up the SUV the next day it was completely trashed inside. They did not clean out any of their trash or make sure that our SUV was given back to us the way we gave it to them. They left all of their trash in our SUV. They left their empty boxes from parts or lubrication in the back part of our SUV and some kind of rubber or glue shredded residue was all over the inside of our SUV. It just seems like that every time we take our SUV in there for some kind of work done or oil change we do not ever get our car back in a timely manner. They have had my car for almost a week now and this past Saturday 1/24/2015 when we went to pick it up that's when we saw the condition of the car and was told it would be detailed and given back to us on Monday 1/26/2015 and yet again I was told sorry but we have to keep your car because the detailer is off today. So again somebody did not take the time to make sure that the detailer would not be there on Monday and told me the wrong information again. Don't give me wrong the service people that I have dealt with have been nice and courteous but somewhere in the mix The employees there do not do what they're supposed to do. For a company or dealership like Acura as much money as you pay for the cars you should get top-notch service and to this day we have yet to get that. As a customer I have about gotten fed up with the phrase "I'm sorry this is happened" being said to me over and over and over again. If I could I would return the vehicle that I bought or get rid of it but I can't. So until I pay this car off I have to keep on dealing with the ignorance of people not wanting to take the time and effort to make sure that everything is correct before the customer gets there to pick the car up. I needed to be out by a certain time to get my grandchildren from school. When I arrived for appt Priscilla Embry checked me in and told me at my cars age needed differential fluid changed and also brake fluid changed. I was not happy the were up selling me again. Asked if there were any coupons she took awhile online but gave me 10%. My oil change now up to 490. When the time I needed to leave by arrived car was not ready. Had to forgo my FREE wash to get out and even then late. Also when she figured the bill was up to 570. I questioned that and after at least 10 minutes, she decides the parts were double charged! Will not be going back. Turns out when I went over my past service bills a recall in 2011 included the transmission fluid being changed. This is a 2010 Acura MDX which we bought in 2011. It has 33,000 miles on it. More
