My experience at Acura of Oxmoor was amazing! From the very first moment of walking through the door I noticed how pristine and accomplished the place looked. The sales people were great! My overall experience with Acura at Oxmoor was anything but the best. The sales staff seemed to work together unselfishly in providing me with the best service possible. I wasn't at all very serious about purchasing a new vehicle until the staff provided knowledgable information of the product line, the value of my trade as well as the incentives that were available. Mr. DeCapua was extremely easy to work with. He went out of his way several times to ensure that my experience was positive. I never once thought I was being played, or taken advantage of. The entire process was actually quite enjoyable. I felt as though my business was valued. I will definitely be a repeat customer. More

We purchased our first Acura 1 week ago and were very pleased with our experience. We didn't feel pressured and Matt seemed very knowledgable about the car. Matt DiCapua was a great salesman to deal with at Acura at Oxmoor. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. After I left the dealership on June 18, 2012, I thought I would have to wait about 4 weeks to at Oxmoor. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. Within 2 days, he called and said he would have one on the lot the very next day. He was very thorough in his explanation of the car and answered all questions that we had. This is one of the pathetic service center. They always says we will call you in a hour, but they never call you. worst service center. These guys recommended to do the transmission flush to my 03 acura an says we will call you in a hour, but they never call you. worst service center. These guys recommended to do the transmission flush to my 03 acura and i asked them if i change the transmission flush, is that get effect my transmissions, they said it won't happened , i did the transmission flush at this service center, then after month i am having the issue and after 2 months my transmission gone, when i ask them they said i have to pay around 4000+ for new transmission and it's not their problem. they service center Representatives are awful, I don't recommend to go this service center unless you have lot of money Don't believe these guys whatever they says check with other dealers. The service department at this dealership is horrendous! I took my car in because it had a shimmy at speeds in excess of 70 mph and I was pretty sure it was a bent rim. After having my car at the dearlershi I took my car in because it had a shimmy at speeds in excess of 70 mph and I was pretty sure it was a bent rim. After having my car at the dearlership for 3 days, they did not fix the problem. When I called to complain that it was still doing it, I was then told that "the speed limit is 70." ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!?? I spent $30K for what is touted to be a type of finely-crafted machine less than a year-and-a-half ago that they can't get to drive properly at a minimal over the limit speed!!! So I took my car to another Acura dealer where they diagnosed the problem as a bent rim within 5 minutes. Lo & behold, the car runs like the day I bought it again. I will never, never do business with Acura at Oxmoor again. I'm a big fan of the Acura brand and am on my 2nd Acura now but my trust was nearly lost after this incident. If Oxmoor treats all of their valued customers so special then Acura should have ripped their brand name off this dealership a long time ago. Unbelievable! Also be wary of the services they try to sell you at your regular service intervals. They tried to tell me I had to spend about $600 at my 15K service for the service that were needed. So I did my own homework and found out that they were trying to sell me services I didn't need to the tune of about $400. More
Purchased 2008 Acura TL from Acura of Oxmoor on 01/15/10 after seeing another one of their vehicles listed on cars.com. I called to see if there were other 2008 low mileage TL's available. Yes said the sale after seeing another one of their vehicles listed on cars.com. I called to see if there were other 2008 low mileage TL's available. Yes said the sales rep, ND, "we have a beautiful 23000 mile carbon bronze pearl that just came in, but it has not been through cleanup and I don't have pictures yet. However, I will get you pictures ASAP." Pictures were posted that afternoon and very detailed appearance questions were completely answered and disclosed. The vehicle was exactly what I wanted and it was priced appropriately. I booked a flight to Louisville, KY for the next day and my TL was waiting for me at the airport. The driver greeted me and said, "We thought you would like to drive your TL to our location; the paperwork is ready to sign. After a late Saturday lunch at the dealership, a few signatures, a fresh tank of gas and wash for the TL; I told the Acura navigation system to guide the TL 419 miles home. This honest, ethical,friendly and professional method of doing business by Acura of Oxmoor made this sales transaction successful for both parties. Thanks again, JT More
Was told they couldn't order the car I wanted from the factory and that I would have to pay to have one trailered in. Acura in Lexington swapped a factor order online with another dealer and had my car of factory and that I would have to pay to have one trailered in. Acura in Lexington swapped a factor order online with another dealer and had my car off the trailer from the factory two weeks later. I drove over 200 miles to buy from Acura in Lexington rather than Acura at Oxmoor. Will never do business with Acura at Oxmoor again. More
