She definitely went above and beyond. We asked her to walk us thru setting up the On Star and without hesitation, that’s exactly what she did. She sat in our vehicle with us talked to the On Star operator and helped with all the set up. Having three kids with us that’s definitely meant a lot to us to be able to just drive off and have it all set and done! She help put us in a car that fits all our needs and extremely happy with my Acadia Denali purchase. We will be returning to her and I will send friends and family for all their vehicle needs.
