Lemon Got a lemon of a brand-new Fiesta from this dealership. Back-and-forth to the service department many times and they say its fine, when it is not! The transmission makes funny noises when it switches , rain water leaked into the floor area near the speaker on one side so sometimes that speaker works and sometimes not . The plug where you charge your MP3 player never worked -had it replaced and it still does not work-the brakes have been screeching since day one. It is embarrassing to stop the car! They keep saying the brakes look fine. Recently they said adjusting them would help and charged me $100 and they are screeching still! I asked for a refund because they did not fix my problem and someone in the service department told me No- that we should have denied the request for adjustment before hand . How were we supposed to know that it was not going to do anything for the screeching brakes ? I wanted my screeching brakes to stop! That's what I asked for and I did not get it ! I did not want an adjustment that did nothing for the screeching brakes! I then opened a complaint with the credit card company and whoever deals with these CC disputes from Nazareth LIED to the credit card company and said that I never complained about my brakes after they adjusted them!! So the Credit card company closed the dispute in their favor for his LIE-then I contacted corporate- whose email told me they are going to have Nazareth contact me ?! I get nowhere with Nazareth service department! They Lost a customer over $100. I bought two brand-new cars from them and will never go back ! Update: They sent me a goodwill refund for $100. It took leaving this review here-to get things moving! More

Excellent service took my van for inspection, and oil change. Said I could have my agent fax it there. waited for some time, finally received it so they could proceed. I've been coming here for years since I bought it there. Service is always great. My 83 year old mother scheduled to have her 2003 Mercury Sable idler pulley replaced. Mike reported that the belt had too much dressing on it and so they cleaned it and it is fine now. $50 please. Mom took it literally a couple miles down the road and the idler bearing was squealing again. So she returned. Mike now says it the cam shaft synchronizer. He’s done lots of them at the tune of $500. Now I’ve personally owner four of these cars and have had to replace the idler pulley on two of them. This is now the third. Each time I WD40ed the pulley bearing to determine the source of the noise. Now not only was BD unable to determine that it was oil in the belt they still could not determine the pulley bearing was the source of the noise. Instead they wanted to milk the old lady! Now being a mechanic and one with a fair sense of play, I called Mike personally to review what I had found, my methods and experience. Now naturally he knew better and was not willing to look at the car again as he knew it was the cam shaft synchronizer. Shame on you BD! More

I often bring my children with me during the appointments, and Chris is especially good about getting my vehicle serviced quickly.
