I called and was given an appointment on the day i asked for. I dropped my car off and was directed to Ralph Nittoli who was very helpful and told me there was also 2 recalls on my car that they would take care of while my car was in for service. He also informed me of shuttle service which was very pleasant, the driver was very pleasant as he brought me home and also brought me back to dealership after my car was done! My experience was very pleasant and always professional and I would recommend Nazareth Ford to all my family and friends! More
