Unbelievable Experience Brought my 2014 Ford Explorer in for the Quick Lane Service; and I was aware there were other items I needed to deal with in the future. However in route to the dealership I realized that my inspection was due.so the future was now. Cyndi greeted me and wrote up the order. She kept me informed throughout the process. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. When the car was finished I spoke with Chris who could not be more helpful as well. All and all the experience went better than I anticipated driving in with the work being completed in a timely manner and everyone that I was in contact with was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, friendly, helpful and most importantly made me feel like i was a VIP customer.
