My visit was to address two vehicle recall notices. The recall issues were addressed in less than 1 hour. I called my service rep., Tim Uhler, attention to a driver side door seal issue that I had, and even though I was slightly passed the trim warranty mileage expiration limit Tim was nice enough to replace the door seal, at no cost to me, as a customer relations gesture which I thought was exceptional. Courteous and very presentable staff met me in the breezeway and made everything easy. Advisor Ralph Nittoli was waiting for me, (I made the appointment only the day before) and completed my ticket in seconds. Easy-peasy even after I added a few things at the last minute. Got a shuttle ride home in like, 30 seconds by the time I got up from the comfortable chair. My Edge was ready lickety-split. I got a LOT done, too. Oh, did I mention it was washed as a courtesy? Why would I take my Ford product to anybody else when these guys built it?? More

Leak issue I took my f-350 back to Nazareth Ford because of a leak issue on the passenger side floor anytime it rained. I was extremely pleased with the fact tha I took my f-350 back to Nazareth Ford because of a leak issue on the passenger side floor anytime it rained. I was extremely pleased with the fact that they were willing to take my vehicle the very next day after I reached out to them. Over the course of the 5-6 days they were working on it, they were adept at communicating and keeping me in the loop as far as progress, etc, and even notified me when they were calling in a "leak specialist" to make sure they had properly diagnosed the issue at hand. Once it was finished, they notified me right away and everything with pick up also went smoothly... The fact that everything was covered 100% under warranty was an added and much appreciated bonus. The cons: i was never informed exactly where the issue was, which isn't a huge problem but is information that would have been nice to know. The larger issue, however, and the reason I affixed a 3 star rating to this review, is that in the hurry to get the passenger side interior put back together (trying to get it back to me as soon as possible I presume, which I appreciate), they never took the time to dry out the padding underneath the rubber flooring. I happened to notice it was soaking wet when just out of curiosity i reached underneath and came to find an absolute saturated padding which could've led to long term issues as the moisture would've been trapped between the metal floor and the rubber flooring for who knows how long. When I realized this, I pulled the flooring up and let the sun beat on it over the course of the long holiday weekend. Other than that potentially long-term issue, I was pleased with my experience.
