Slow leak tire repair I was told that service would diagnose the problem call my name when complete to let me know what the problem was and what it would cost to repair. After waiting for 2 hours I went to the service department and was told they were wrapping up one of the job and asked at that point you did want it repaired right. Well that's why I brought it there but I was to be giving an estimate before work began and then never happened. I was very irritated at that point because I was charged roughly $43 2 patch the tire that has 12000 miles on it. I could have had a new tire installed it's Sears free $83 whether it's sales or service I have never received accurate information so I don't know why I would expect anything to be different this particular day. Service for 2 recalls on 2007 Ford Mustang I scheduled the appointment for a day that I had off from work and was told it would take 1 1/2 hours. My appointment was for 8 AM on Friday, August 24th. I arrived approximately 5 minutes early and was helped immediately. My car was done at exactly 9:30 AM, as promised. Improper billing I told the service manager that I wanted to pay for services by debit card. I inserted my card and the screen showed "credit". So Pleasant and Refreshing You come into the Service Department, and you are promptly greeted by a gentleman who checks everything about your car's exterior. Then Ralph Nittoli greets you with a smile, asks for your car's registration and insurance, and boom. Everything goes autopilot. You walk into the service lounge and there is coffee and WiFi service waiting for you. You catch up on work - no time wasted. After a little over an hour, you hear a call over the PA system. The service on your car is done. So are the government-mandated Safety and Emissions Tests. And you find that your car in the parking lot has been washed! That was a very short vacation trip! More

It wasn’t done until 3 hours past that time. Told them I needed it by that time due to need to be in at work and having a job interview for promotion. Was almost 3 hours late to work and missed my interview for promotion. Spoke with general manager. Nothing done to make amends besides his number to verify the car took so long, which didn’t help still. So missed pay and promotion, and nothing done on their end. No compassion on their end, how did you get name friendliest dealership? I’ll find a new place for services. More
Oil, inspection and tires Naz Ford is the only Dealer we will ever go to. We bought a new Escape and Explorer in 2017. My only complaint is the confusion over the "quick" lane. Personally, I prefer a appointment, the quick lane seems to jam up techs and make other jobs wait. More
