I went into Nazareth Ford for a 60,000-mile service on my 2017 Ford Edge. This is where I met my service representative, Zane Henninger. His warmth and ability to connect was clear from the start and he made 2017 Ford Edge. This is where I met my service representative, Zane Henninger. His warmth and ability to connect was clear from the start and he made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. I left my car at the dealership for pickup later in the day, and Zane kept me informed of the status of my car as well as the findings. I had asked that a front-end noise be evaluated and was impressed when I received a call with him and a few others trying to pinpoint my concern. They were unable to find anything of concern, and I am well-assured that the issue was properly assessed. Zane’s genuine love of the product he represents (FORD) and his outstanding customer service were evident in every interaction I had with him. In every instance, he consistently went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. On another note, every single person I encountered was helpful, friendly and professional at the same time. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nazareth Ford to anyone looking for a team that is committed to excellent customer service. More

I recently had to bring in my Ford F150 to Kevin in service. He totally went to bat with State Farm in order to try and get my claim approved. Even though we didnt get the results Kevin really invest service. He totally went to bat with State Farm in order to try and get my claim approved. Nazareth Ford is the place my wife and I trust to bring both our Ford vehicles for service. We had a slight concern, and the service manager, Brian, immediately resolved it. Great service, as always. I know when I bring our company vehicles to Nazareth Ford that they will be serviced well. We had to bring one vehicle back because of cement dust from a nearby factory on one of ou vehicles to Nazareth Ford that they will be serviced well.
