no pressure, upfront details I found Nazareth Ford to be the easiest dealer I dealt with. While shopping, I looked at 3 other dealerships. Nazareth Ford was the only one that gave I found Nazareth Ford to be the easiest dealer I dealt with. While shopping, I looked at 3 other dealerships. Nazareth Ford was the only one that gave me the real details upfront. I went in to all the dealers the same way. I told them exactly what I wanted, which vehicle, $0 out of pocket. All others gave me prices with money down. Nazareth Ford worked up exactly as I asked. They were the only ones that listened to what I wanted, not how they wanted to present it. I would recommend them. More

I bought my 2014 Ford Focus in February and couldn't be happier; my girlfriend got hers just a few months after me and she is just as happy. Tom was very professional and helpful. I shopped around at many different dealerships (some outside of Ford), and Tom was the only salesman who didn't make us feel pressured into making an instant decision; and that is why we bought from him. Lemon Got a lemon of a brand-new Fiesta from this dealership. Back-and-forth to the service department many times and they say its fine, when it is not! The transmission makes funny noises when it switches , rain water leaked into the floor area near the speaker on one side so sometimes that speaker works and sometimes not . The plug where you charge your MP3 player never worked -had it replaced and it still does not work-the brakes have been screeching since day one. It is embarrassing to stop the car! They keep saying the brakes look fine. Recently they said adjusting them would help and charged me $100 and they are screeching still! I asked for a refund because they did not fix my problem and someone in the service department told me No- that we should have denied the request for adjustment before hand . How were we supposed to know that it was not going to do anything for the screeching brakes ? I wanted my screeching brakes to stop! That's what I asked for and I did not get it ! I did not want an adjustment that did nothing for the screeching brakes! I then opened a complaint with the credit card company and whoever deals with these CC disputes from Nazareth LIED to the credit card company and said that I never complained about my brakes after they adjusted them!! So the Credit card company closed the dispute in their favor for his LIE-then I contacted corporate- whose email told me they are going to have Nazareth contact me ?! I get nowhere with Nazareth service department! They Lost a customer over $100. I bought two brand-new cars from them and will never go back ! Update: They sent me a goodwill refund for $100. It took leaving this review here-to get things moving! More
An extremely poor buying experience, I was required to drive to the dealership on three separate occasions due to sales not properly reviewing the paper work with my financing. I ask the finance person to handle the paperwork on the third visit, he refused and said he was too busy. You would think on the third visit he would accommodate my request, especially since I live an hour away. I won't be visiting Nazareth Ford again. More
Deceptions Bought used Ford Explorer, Sales person, Pete, really made us feel good about the deal. they kept car to prep, and check out. Picked up 2013 Explorer Bought used Ford Explorer, Sales person, Pete, really made us feel good about the deal. they kept car to prep, and check out. Picked up 2013 Explorer," Big Red" as we named it. All these Incidents happened in less than 3 weeks time. That weekend, 2nd week of having Explorer. We drove on rt 426, a car almost drove right into us, we tried to stop Explorer kept going, didn't stop at all. Thankfully My husband a Defensive Driver was able to prevent major accident in not ramming into a tractor trailer. That was #1. He took Explorer back telling Pete, Sales person what had happened, also letting Pete, know, that the brakes in front, possibly back also may not be working too. (Now mind you my husband is a Drives for a living in the Plumbing Industry.) Husband, gets call from Pete, telling my husband, they fixed the brakes in the front.. My husband again said to Pete, ( sales person) that they needed to also fix the back. Pete's reply was, " well they found that the back brakes are good) hubby,picks up car. Again, that weekend we take same road towards King of Prussia. on Hwy 422w, we see that all cars are suddenly stopping, Then realize a car is completely turned over, we had to make a sudden fast hard stop, NO STOPPING again!! My neck whipped, But again my husband didn't hit anyone or anything. Mind you all kinds of people were running towards the turned over car to help the people inside. So It was very fortunate AGAIN!! that we didn't get really hurt or get into a Major accident. Thank God for my husbands great driving. We took car to get fully checked at our own place that we frequent for car services. they themselves couldn't believe the damage on front back brakes, "rotors completely worn out," major corrosion on brakes, front and back. I had to go xx. my neck out, cause in having to slam on brakes my neck went forward and back. That's how my husband had to put brakes in order to prevent another accident. But we wanted to settle this in an Integrity fashion. So Husband takes car back to Nazareth Ford, explains to Pete, the sales person, Exactly what our Service people found, even showed him the pictures from my husbands IPAD. Sure they showed it to Service Manager in Naz. ford, they Immediately went to pick up Explorer from our service people to bring back to Naz. Ford. In speaking with the Owner of Nazareth Ford, he himself assured my husband that Nazareth Ford will make it right. Well!!!, now in not Trusting the Fact that they, Nazareth Ford Service people Lied, by saying they fixed the brakes, Pete, sales person, never provided Service papers, to my husband, to show proof, they actually did fix the brakes. All deceits. Be ware of Wolves in Sheeps clothing, especially in the Used car bus. More
