2003 T-Bird Called Ralph Nittoli about an oil change and install an ABS Brake Sensor Cable. Ralph scheduled me in the very next day. I waited for the car! As I Called Ralph Nittoli about an oil change and install an ABS Brake Sensor Cable. Ralph scheduled me in the very next day. I waited for the car! As I was waiting, service informed me that the right rear wheel studs were stripping out. They removed them and replaced them with new. I was very thankful this situation was discovered and corrected. I have a lot of confidence in the service at Nazareth Ford. recall/extended warranty My vehicle was in for additional work of clutch assembly, due to the original recall. My understanding was it was going to be covered by the recall, My vehicle was in for additional work of clutch assembly, due to the original recall. My understanding was it was going to be covered by the recall, however it fell under the extended warranty I purchased. It needed to be done regardless, due to how poor it was operating, so the $100 was worth it. I initially set up the appointment with Ralph and was offered a loaner, however I declined because it normally is done in one day. Unfortunately they were busier than expected and it was not ready at the end of the day. I spoke to Bob who was now handling the service and explained the situation. He told me the vehicle should be ready to go the next day by late morning. To my surprise he called me by 9AM the next day that it was ready! Overall it all worked out with minimal interruptions. More
