After my car being totaled by a drunk driver 6 months later, I found myself back at Nazareth Ford needing a new car. Gerald, again, helped me get into another great car, making sure I was happy with whatever I drove away with, making sure I had all of the details and showing so much kindness and humor throughout the process. Doug was incredibly kind and warm helping get me a great warranty, and this time Gap Insurance, and into a loan. I cannot say enough how respectful, helpful and trustworthy all the players of both experiences were. I will be turning to Nazareth Ford for all future purchases. Thank you!! More

Fast Lube I am giving my experience a rating of poor because my vehicle was in for an 8:30 am appointment and wasn't completed until noon but only after I cal I am giving my experience a rating of poor because my vehicle was in for an 8:30 am appointment and wasn't completed until noon but only after I called. The appointment was for the advertised special of an oil change along with tire rotation and checking of the other fluids. When asked if I was going to wait, I said no because when making the appointment, I was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. I mentioned the time period of 1.5 hours again in the morning. Since I had an appointment, I should have had the vehicle back within the allotted time. I called at 11:00 am to make sure it was finished. The service department said they thought they could have it for the day. They never even attempted to start the service on the car. Please note for future customers - just because I wasn't waiting in your waiting room for the vehicle doesn't mean I was leaving the car for the day. I ran other errands and was coming back for it. Furthermore, I never said you could have the vehicle for the day. Why would I have made an appointment in the first place? Hopefully in the future, there will be better communication with your customers. More

Took car in for recall notice. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The waiting room is comfortable and I was able to watch television. They fixed the problem right away. Finally a car dealer with a courteous staff. Went to Nazareth Ford just to talk to someone about a new car. My husband and I weren’t sure what to expect since he went looking for a truck last yea Went to Nazareth Ford just to talk to someone about a new car. My husband and I weren’t sure what to expect since he went looking for a truck last year at different dealers and we found a lot of the salesmen very rude. So now it was my turn to go shopping and I wasn’t expecting a good experience. We were both very surprised at how courteous and personable our salesman Paul was. He helped me determine exactly what I was looking for and made car buying a pleasurable experience. Although I didn’t take an extended warranty, Mike was very informative as to what options were available and I was glad that there was no pushy hard sell to buy one. I can’t speak to the service department yet but I would definitely recommend this dealership and Paul. More
