Leak issue I took my f-350 back to Nazareth Ford because of a leak issue on the passenger side floor anytime it rained. I was extremely pleased with the fact tha I took my f-350 back to Nazareth Ford because of a leak issue on the passenger side floor anytime it rained. I was extremely pleased with the fact that they were willing to take my vehicle the very next day after I reached out to them. Over the course of the 5-6 days they were working on it, they were adept at communicating and keeping me in the loop as far as progress, etc, and even notified me when they were calling in a "leak specialist" to make sure they had properly diagnosed the issue at hand. Once it was finished, they notified me right away and everything with pick up also went smoothly... The fact that everything was covered 100% under warranty was an added and much appreciated bonus. The cons: i was never informed exactly where the issue was, which isn't a huge problem but is information that would have been nice to know. The larger issue, however, and the reason I affixed a 3 star rating to this review, is that in the hurry to get the passenger side interior put back together (trying to get it back to me as soon as possible I presume, which I appreciate), they never took the time to dry out the padding underneath the rubber flooring. I happened to notice it was soaking wet when just out of curiosity i reached underneath and came to find an absolute saturated padding which could've led to long term issues as the moisture would've been trapped between the metal floor and the rubber flooring for who knows how long. When I realized this, I pulled the flooring up and let the sun beat on it over the course of the long holiday weekend. Other than that potentially long-term issue, I was pleased with my experience. Keep the Customer in Focus I drove 4-hours to purchase the exact vehicle I saw online and discussing with the internet sales representative. In other words I knew the price I was going to pay for the vehicle and I had an approval check from my loan company. To my surprise the the sales representative, Mr Paul Bouloud at no fault of his own, brought me a price introduced by his manager well over what was presented on the internet. Then came the haggling, back and forth we went with the price haggling over exactly the same price I saw on the internet, mind you I just drove 4-hours to make the purchase. Long story short, Mr. Paul Boulous was an awesome salesman and professional but he was put into a terrible situation to operate outside his character and present the wishes of his management. The trip down with my wife and 7-year son was scheduled to be an experience to take time from our everyday but having to haggle to receive the price I traveled 4-hours for clouded the beginning of our experience. Sometimes to make a higher profit customer service organizations forget the customer experience is more important. More
