Service experience Truck went in for oil change, get seat repaired and keys corrected from previous visit. The seat was repair was nor acceptable. Made them aware. The truck was not done on time because of taking care of recalls. One of the recalls was a transmission roller pin replacement. That service was done incorrectly resulting in lose of transmission fluid. The truck had to be towed back from Delaware. It is at the dealership now. They tell me it will be several days. Not acceptable More

Oil, inspection and tires Naz Ford is the only Dealer we will ever go to. We bought a new Escape and Explorer in 2017. My only complaint is the confusion over the "quick" lane. Personally, I prefer a appointment, the quick lane seems to jam up techs and make other jobs wait. More

Having bought the car used, we knew it came from an owner that was not required to have emission testing done, since they purchased the car in 2003. Nazareth Ford ran a diagnostic test on the car, and found it needed much updating to bring it up to speed for 2018, which they did, and we were able to return to our garage and have the inspection completed.
