Pricing was a little high, but the dealer worked with me on that. Service itself was only average. they forgot to adjust the air pressure after they rotated the tires. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but service knew I was preparing to tow a large trailer, so rear tires underinflated by 15 lbs is a big deal. More
Broken coil springs Problem was fixed same day it was diagnosed. Coil springs were broken in two places, they replaced spring and strut, that problem is fixed. Huge inconvenience My husband called and spoke with someone and was instructed to bring my car in Saturday morning and they would look at it and let me know if they foun My husband called and spoke with someone and was instructed to bring my car in Saturday morning and they would look at it and let me know if they found what was wrong. I go to drop it off and am informed that I need to leave it there for the weekend because they couldn’t look at it that day. My husband called and was asking why this was happening when he made an appointment and was told it was no problem ...well he was informed that it wasn’t the first time this employee has told a customer to come in to get their car looked at but really can’t because they are too booked.....that’s a problem if this has happened before and the dealership is aware of it. Needless to say we left it there for the weekend. Monday rolls around and nothing. I decide to call and had to leave a message because said employee was with a customer. It gets later and still no call back or notification on the status of my car. Call back again (Monday evening) and they are now closed! Tuesday rolls around and my husband had to call to find out what’s going on. Still the car was being looked at but people were off that were looking at it (if that even makes sense but what was told to us). Finally my husband informed them that they needed to give us a loaner car until they figured this out because never was it said it would be 4 days before they could even look at my car!!! (Thank you chris and Chris for helping in that area) I am not one to complain but when you make an appointment you expect to get that service. You can’t expect people to give up their car for days unexpectedly! Thankfully I had family that could help. More

The brake expense seemed expensive and the window worked took a few days. The window was paid by the extended warranty minus the $100 dollar deductible. In 2012, my 100K mile warranty cost $3K when I bought this vehicle. So far I have received only $400 dollars of the $3,000 the warranty cost. Now my sun rood is not working and this vehicle has to go back again. Nice. Note: difficult to get called back when you leave a voice mail. More

The trouble I'm having is that this is the 2nd time my vehicle goes in for service and had oil or grease marks on door handles, carpet and the fuse box cover was left on the floor. This is carelessness of the mechanic and service writer not following up. Mention the issue to the service rep. He did tell me he would take care of it. I could not wait I was pressed for time. You figure they would follow up with a service call like all the other times. I will consider a different dealer next time. More
