Had an appointment and dropped off truck at about 8am for state inspection. Called around 4:30pm to find out the status of the inspection, this is where it all went downhill. First they somehow managed to get my call and another customers call conference together, so you had two customers talked together. Had to call back and service advisor mentioned it was not ready yet and the vehicle was just pulled into the garage. Received the horse and pony show that they were backed up from over 40 appointments and were not able to get to it even after being there for over eight hours with an appointment. Either way mentioned I had a ride in to the dealer at 5:30 and wanted it back then. An hour later I arrive at 5:30 and its still not complete. Saw the truck in the garage with no one around it, only left the dealer at 6:15. This is the second year in a row this has occurred and is completely unacceptable. The owner is lucky he was not there because I am sure I would have stormed into his office given my frustration. Luckily it passed inspection since I am sure if it failed it would have to be there another day or two to fix given how slow they are. To add insult to injury I received my truck with grass clippings all over the back corner of the tailgate. This event occurred after the prior week in which I scheduled an appointment online and then received a phone call the next day stating the system should not have allowed anyone to schedule and they would have to reschedule. Todd Bower needs to take control of his service department, his commercials state its the friendliest dealer in town, well that's wrong. Even the manager on duty could only take my name and state that possibly someone will reach out after a managers meeting on Friday. Just look at other reviews there service department has been trending lower, whether is time to complete or qualify of service. Nazareth Ford - The slowest service department in town!! More

When it's crunch time I can always count on Ralph, Chris, Tony and the techs to make things happen! More

Unorganized. Been here a few times with no issues. I thought to use the online reservation to schedule my next inspection wold be nice and easy choice...NOPE bad c Been here a few times with no issues. I thought to use the online reservation to schedule my next inspection wold be nice and easy choice...NOPE bad choice, get there the day of, he (Chris Radlbeck) had no awareness to this appointment. Then proceeds to tell me they can't do it today...Great. I specifically allotted the time that day just for this. He does try to help and get me in on the up and coming Saturday. States i need to drop the car off 8AM and will have to be left here "All Day" and they'll get to it. Now this sucked but i abided, because i needed this done before the end of the month. Hours go by with no word from Nazareth Ford or Chris Radlebeck on the status of the service or anything. 4pm starts rolling by and i start to get worried i won't be able to get my car today because the pickup deadline is 5PM. So i call and speak to Chris directly, states he contacted me hours ago and that the car was done. Super lie, i believe he just forgot to call me and was covering for himself...Whatever. So I say okay, i'll be there soon then. Now it's cutting close to 5PM at this point, around 4:40PM to be exact when i left. He didn't even have the decency to tell me that the pickup deadline was 5PM or anything. I mean at least let the clerk know of the situation and what happened so i have no issues picking up the car. I did manage to get there at 5:02PM. The clerk did let me pay and get the keys, which was great on her. But again, would of been all avoided if Chris Radlbeck did his job correctly in the first place... More
