In Touch with Customer I was trading a vehicle in with lots of perks and planning on purchasing a basic SUV (basic was in my price range). After talking with me and LISTENI I was trading a vehicle in with lots of perks and planning on purchasing a basic SUV (basic was in my price range). After talking with me and LISTENING, Chris Montana realized I wasn't going to be happy settling for a basic model. He suggested one of Nazareth Ford's courtesy vehicles with 5,500 miles. It was a great idea! I was able to stay within budget, upgrade from basic model and keep some perks (also got all wheel drive) and own a 2018 Escape. The transaction did NOT take forever and waste a lot of my time. More
