Recall finally done It’s taken about 2 and half years to get my airbag recall done. I had scheduled it once before and the person who scheduled it failed to tell me that It’s taken about 2 and half years to get my airbag recall done. I had scheduled it once before and the person who scheduled it failed to tell me that they needed the car all day. So I called and rescheduled it this person help me out greatly and told me that it would not take all day it would only take 3 to 4 hours tops. He was very understanding person and help me out greatly and I appreciate it very much. As t Ordinarily I have no complaints with your service but today I do. I had two vehicles in for their annual inspections, yesterday, Thursday 2/7/19. As they are fairly new vehicles they both passed inspection with no issues. The first inspection was for a Silver F-150 truck which I picked up in the afternoon and noticed it had been washed, which I greatly appreciate. The second vehicle was a Black Taurus SHO which I picked up in the evening, when it was dark. At that time I noticed that it had also been washed. But upon looking at it this morning, in the daylight, I saw that only the top half had been washed. Thus I had to finish the job myself. I'm sure you would agree that no wash is better then a half wash, especially on a Black SHO. Just thought you should know about it since you asked for comments. I don't want anything other then to tell the 'wash guy' to tighten up a bit. More
Too long a wait, manager was rude 2 cars for just oil changes- waited 2 hrs bc of the line for car wash, 2nd time waited 1 hr 45 minutes without the car wash. Paperwork is so slow in c 2 cars for just oil changes- waited 2 hrs bc of the line for car wash, 2nd time waited 1 hr 45 minutes without the car wash. Paperwork is so slow in coming. Manager Tony Hauser was very patronizing when I called to complain. I’ve been to Bethlehem Ford for oil changes and had none of these issues. More

Must state though, the oil change indicator was not updated and all day today an alert came on As usual, service was done quickly and professionally. Must state though, the oil change indicator was not updated and all day today an alert came on my console and Ford app that I should schedule service to have my oil changed soon. Also, no sticker placed on windshield with 5,000 mile reminder. Called Servce Department this afternoon and will be taking car back in on Saturday to have indicator updated and get a sticker. More

Service not as important as sale I purchased my 2017 warrantied Fusion here. With 29,000 miles I experienced batterty failure and was told it was not covered. Not true 3yr/ 36 covers I purchased my 2017 warrantied Fusion here. With 29,000 miles I experienced batterty failure and was told it was not covered. Not true 3yr/ 36 covers it. 48 hrs later I expirienced electrical malfunctions. I was told they were too busy to help with my one and only vehicle and there were no loaners available. I was told to try a dealer down the road. I was able to reach a sales manager who told me to come in and I would be helped but then found that he had been fired when he arrived at work just before I arrived. I waited to be seen in service but ignored for 30 minutes. No one ever came to speak to me after I was directed to wait for a specific service employee. I stopped to speak with the GM on my way out. GM offered assistance after I complained but not sincerely. I called another Ford dealership that was happy to help. More
