By 8:30 I received a text with a link that broke down exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, what each repair would cost, and allowed me to select which repairs I wanted done and approve them right from my phone. Convenient, transparent, and completely stress-free. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, and my service representative Chance Shoemake was responsive and on top of things the entire time my car was in their care. I never had to chase anyone down for an update — he stayed in communication the whole way through. Navarre Cadillac has earned my loyalty and my referrals.
