Arrived around 2, looked around, found the one I'd actually been looking for, for nearly a year! Took a test drive, made one offer and I NOW HAVE AN AWESOME TRUCK in my driveway! All-in-all about a 2 1/2 hour process. If you're in the market for a pre-owned truck, you simply HAVE TO GO TO NATIONS TRUCKS in Sanford, Florida. Our salesperson was Robert, and he couldn't have been more friendly, courteous or professional. In fact, the ENTIRE staff was amazing! All the way from Big Country (what an inspirational life he's living), to the General Manager (hope you didn't get in trouble for that awesome deal) to even the Finance Manager. AWESOME selection, AWESOME location & AWESOME people. You can't go wrong! We're absolutely and completely pleased & satisfied with our Nations Trucks Truck. Blessings, Gunny & Izzy More

Their supposed 135 point inspection is a myth or they have mechanics who were trained by morons. I had to sink 300 bucks in my 2017 F250 I purchased from these jokers in the first two weeks I had it, needed oil, filter, fuel filters, engine and cabin air filters, and thats just what Ive found so far. Honestly, this place gives other reputable dealerhips a bad name saying they have certified vehicles. What a joke. Buyer Beware. You've been warned! More
Very good experience overall I purchased my truck from Nations last weekend and it was a great all around experience. Country answered some of my questions that I had about the truck over email before I went in to look at the truck. When my boyfriend and I went in, Kenny went with us on the test drive and answered any additional questions. When I said I wanted to sleep on the decision they weren't rude or pushy. We came back the next day to make the purchase and spoke with Jim and Kenny (again), who were both very helpful. Overall it was about as pleasant as buying a car could be and I really appreciated the way everyone there treated us. I'm very happy with my new (to me) truck so far and with the people who helped me get it! (I also posted this same review on Google.) More

I will never bring my business to this dealership again, and will never recommend anyone else doing so, as well. I would not have purchased this truck from this place, if it had not been for the fact that I had been looking for this particular trim package and model for quite some time (over a year), and had already driven over two hours, one way to look at it. The workers there (note I purposely did not label them professionals) – are heavily racist. I witnessed one sales men (His name was Dale) refer to African Americans as “moon crickets” and mentioned that he used to own his own car dealership that he purposely bought BMWs for so he could “do business with the brothers”. He also explained to me that Sanford is a town full of blacks that he hates working around and who trash whatever city they live. I had called ahead the day before to make sure that the truck was still available ( I found it on the internet) and also asked that they make sure someone is on staff the next day when I make the drive who is very knowledgeable about these trucks so I can get the help I need to buy it. Both sales team members on staff knew almost nothing about the car and could not show me how the SYNC computer works. I spoke with the general manager about it, who gave me an attitude and said “I could take it up to a Ford dealership and have someone show me how to use it in five minutes” (His name was Jeff – he’s from Brooklyn). The car was not detailed, and had not even been washed properly upon arrival as well (note I had already placed a deposit the day before, and my arrival time was over 24 hours later). The truck did not look to have any major issues with it, and overall was something that looked like a good purchase, but I felt terrible even bringing a nickel of business to these people so I almost left. However, like I said before I was so tired of going on the hunt as it had been over a year and I had been through so many dealerships, that I just decided to end it and go ahead with the purchase. Negotiations weren’t terrible, they did wind up taking some money off (which by the way only brought the truck out of the “overpriced range” into “fair value price” range according to Truecare, NADA, and KBB – all to which the General Manager said were opinion based, not based on reality. Not to mention they were griping about it all the way out the door like I was robbing them for a fair price, and they even got pissed of when I asked them for the floor mats that should belong to the truck (there were none in there when I arrived). The paperwork, and the conversations with the finance manager (who is also the GM) stated there is a Ford warranty (drive train), and a warranty from Nations Truck (bumper to bumper up to 6k miles or 12 months). I called back to speak to someone in charge about the issue with the racism and how terrible that type of behavior is, only to not be called back on several occasions, and then when I was called back, it was Jeff (who I had no desire to talk to). A month later, the truck started having issues. So I called back again and try to take care of the service problems, and also see if I could talk about the vehicle buying experience, since it still was not sitting well with me. I was told by Liz, who I was transferred to by Tara, that basically I don’t have a warranty since the price was negotiated when I bought the truck (huh?), but my ford warranty covered some limited items and she would get back to me by the end of the day, and also talk to the owner about the matter. End of day – no call back. I call day two – still no response, and blamed it on Ford, but promised she would be calling with the owner that day. Never called. Anytime I tried to call her, the people that worked there asked me to call back (not sure why they don’t have voice mails to help leave messages, or why the onus is on a customer who spent 47,000 to be the one to call them back, but ok). Day three – no response, no call from Liz, no call from owner. I called in, Tara placed me on hold for five minutes, I hung up, called back, and she basically had forgotten I was on hold and promised Liz would call back that day – I just hung up the phone on her and I’m letting it go. However, I never want anyone to go through anything close to what I experienced at this place, so I feel like communicating this can help. This is my first and only online review I have ever posted, so that should show how serious tis is to me. If anyone can please help point me in the direction of an even better alternative than just some online review, I would appreciate it. This place does not deserve to be in business, period, unless some serious systemic changes are implemented and the core values are redrafted. To me, just one bad review post is not doing this justice. More

Do not shop at Nations Truck Center I went into Nations Truck Center in Sanford to buy my daughter a used jeep. She had her heart set on a Gecko green one. This color jeep is hard to fin I went into Nations Truck Center in Sanford to buy my daughter a used jeep. She had her heart set on a Gecko green one. This color jeep is hard to find, so when you find one at the right price, you buy it. After a little negotiating with the salesman we agreed on the price and I signed all the paper work for the Jeep. I then wrote the dealership a check for what we had agreed on. The salesman then took us outside to let my daughter start “her new jeep”, his words. He then proceeded to show her how to operate the seats, radio, take the tops off, ect. He even said “you will have the coolest vehicle in your school’s parking lot”. After we had been outside for about 10 minutes, he said he would go in and check on the temporary tag. When he came back out, he said he had made a mistake and I needed to give them another $1000.00. This is when I saw a shift in their personalities. The salesman, the manager, and the guy in the back office all went from the friendly “just here to help” attitude, to a group of argent xxxxx! They talked loud and fast about how the salesman had made a mistake and that I needed to give them another $1000.00. When I told them there was no mistake that they were just trying to squeeze another grand out of me, the guy from the back office asked if I would come with him to his office. Once we were in his office, he again said his salesman had made a mistake but he would be willing to split the difference with me. Do they really think people are this stupid!? This was used car salesmanship 101. Their plan - get my daughter emotionally tied to her first car and then milk the father for a few extra bucks. At this point it was not about the money. I have made it a point in my life not to give my money to liars. These guys are lower than low; playing on my little girl’s emotions. If you want to buy a quality vehicle at a quality price from quality people – then DO NOT SHOP AT NATIONS TRUCK CENTER! They will do whatever they can to rip an extra few hundred dollars from you.
