The moment I walked in, Johnson greated me with a smile and offered help without any pressure. I told him what I was looking for, and within minutes, he had a few cars lined up for me to check out. The one and offered help without any pressure. I told him what I was looking for, and within minutes, he had a few cars lined up for me to check out. The one I ended up buying had just been marked down as part of a weekend promotion, and he was upfront about the pricing and vehicle history. I drove off that same day with a clean title, a great rate on financing, and total peace of mind. More
I purchased a 2015 X3 BMW on June 28th and the turbocharger west gate actuator was apparently broken when purchased thus creating a loss of power. The warranty purchased from the sales person wil turbocharger west gate actuator was apparently broken when purchased thus creating a loss of power. The warranty purchased from the sales person will not cover the cost because they say it rusted and is maintenance . When this problem was brought to the dealer attention under 1000 miles had been driven and it was less than 40 days of purchase and I feel that management should stand behind their product and fix the SUV. This is terrible customer service and nothing has been done to resolve this issue. As a business it’s appears great but after the financier part is completed the issue with service is absolutely unacceptable…. More
National Motors made it right. I'm giving them a second review because of it. Back in January, I posted a review detailing all of the issues I had with my Maserati and trying to get National Motors to c review because of it. Back in January, I posted a review detailing all of the issues I had with my Maserati and trying to get National Motors to correct the problem. It was very frustrating until they handed me off to Zil and Hamid. Then, I was treated like a king! I had issues with my Maserati that required an engine replacement. At first, they denied that it was their fault. Then, they handed me off to their General Managers Hamid and Zil. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. They didn't question it at all. They took a look at the history and agreed to replace the engine. That's a big commitment for a Maserati, very expensive and labor intensive. They also told me that, while they were searching for a replacement engine, they would keep me informed of progress, which they did. And, yesterday, they called to tell me that they had ordered and received the engine and work was beginning Monday. This is a 4 year old car and I expected a similar aged engine and that was what I got. But, on top of that, they let me know that they are going to give me a 12,000 mile / 1 year warranty, just in case something goes wrong with the replacement. I didn't even ask for that. They were simply going above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I'm very pleased with the customer service from Zil and Hamid. It was right up there with the service I received from Jamil when they sold me the vehicle. Things don't always go right. And, I love dealing with a company that will admit their mistakes and make it right immediately. I recommend National Motors to others who wish to buy a nice used vehicle. More
National Motors really worked with me to put me in the vehicle I wanted. Thank you to my salesman Ronald and the owner Brian who didn’t make me feel pressured during the process. They really care about th vehicle I wanted. Thank you to my salesman Ronald and the owner Brian who didn’t make me feel pressured during the process. They really care about their customers and it’s not just about making a sale. I will definitely recommend National Motors to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Maria Patton More

I recently went to this dealer, because I had a servcie light on my console, which I thought might be the engine light, but turns out was the radiator light. I told them I though it was the engine light, light on my console, which I thought might be the engine light, but turns out was the radiator light. I told them I though it was the engine light, but I wasn't sure. They said it would be $125 for a diagnostic. I also had shaking when accelerating. They did a bunch of work, which seemed to be like a tune-up, which this vehicle should not need for 100K miles (has less than 70k now). They charged me more than $700 for the repairs (I even opted out of an induction service, they said it needed). They also said I need an axle, but I didn't have enough money for all the repairs. When I got the vehicle back, the radiator light was still on (which they said nothing about). So basically I got nothing fixed that was broken for $700+. The repairs they did had no effect whatsoever. I guess I should be greatful that they didn't brake anything. Now I have to try my luck with someone else. Already had poor service from Apple Ford and read bad review about Sheehy. What the heck am I supposed to do now. More
AVOID AT ALL POSSIBLE COST!! They not only destroyed AVOID AT ALL POSSIBLE COST!! They not only destroyed the brakes on my car. They tried to charge $450.00 to repair their mistake. I went in to rep AVOID AT ALL POSSIBLE COST!! They not only destroyed the brakes on my car. They tried to charge $450.00 to repair their mistake. I went in to replace the rotors on my car and got a diagnosis that I have a brake pad on backwards and I am missing a pin the holds it together. Let me start out by saying it is impossible to have a brake pad on backwards, let alone drive on a "backwards pad" without knowing it. The pin was broken by a service tech and they wanted to pass the blame to me. I told them I wasn't buying it. The manager told me they were professionals and their analysis was correct. I took my car without them fixing the backwards pad. As I drove off, I felt that my wheel was going to fall off!! The car was in worse shape than when I brought it to them! I drove into the next shop which happened to be NTB. They diagnosed the problem and agreed with me that it is impossible top have a pad on backwards and the one of the techs must have broken the pin while removing the pad. NTB only charged me $80 (Miller Bros. wanted to charge $450) to fix the problem Miller Bros started AND they called Miller on my behalf. They were hung up on. Please save yourself time and money and avoid this disaster of a dealership. More
