Went to test drive cars on Thursday didn’t like the salesman but decided to give the dealer another shot. The salesman Alex was nice but the car started making an engine noise . Checked and no oil. Turns out it was a problem with engine (their mechanic). Still under factory warranty but engine is done. 34k miles , not sure how they pull the vehicle report but didn’t catch this ? Not apologetic , tried to have me sign a new deal with a more expensive car. Also noticed the owner yelling/cursing at an employee for being drunk and driving reckless in the parking lot. More
My experience with National Motors was horrible Do Not Buy Cars from them. I purchased my vehicle in April by the end of May my breaks were grinding. I called them several times to have the beaks checked and each time they informed me I needed ti speak with a manager, finally I was put in contact with a manager to the car to have the breaks replaced. Two weeks later the breaks are now squeeking.I took my car which by the way is a 2017 Mercedes Benz to new to even have this issue but thats how trifling they are. So took the car to a different repair shop and was informed that National Motors did a brake slap on my breaks and also advised me that there was rust intrusion on my rotors. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy that Suck!!! More

Unreliable in making repairs for a pre-existing condition. After many weeks and calls, my car remains in danger of mechanical failure. The vehicle was returned twice already, first repaired with condition. After many weeks and calls, my car remains in danger of mechanical failure. The vehicle was returned twice already, first repaired with an after market part and, then, with an original Audi part. Both times I was told that the vehicle was safe to drive and that a replacement part would be in by Tuesday or Wednesday. Today is the following Monday. I have been told that I would be called back within minutes or the following day; however, those calls have not come. Finally, after the vehicle became sluggish today, I took the vehicle to Audi of Hunt Valley where I was informed that the car's lagging performance will eventually lead to breakdown or failure to start. Although initially impressed with what I thought was exceptional customer service, I am informed otherwise. I'd initially planned a recommendation to my mother to come view vehicles since she is now in the market to replace her Mercedes GLC, however, I will pass on any further business. More
National Motors made it right. I'm giving them a second review because of it. Back in January, I posted a review detailing all of the issues I had with my Maserati and trying to get National Motors to c review because of it. Back in January, I posted a review detailing all of the issues I had with my Maserati and trying to get National Motors to correct the problem. It was very frustrating until they handed me off to Zil and Hamid. Then, I was treated like a king! I had issues with my Maserati that required an engine replacement. At first, they denied that it was their fault. Then, they handed me off to their General Managers Hamid and Zil. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. They didn't question it at all. They took a look at the history and agreed to replace the engine. That's a big commitment for a Maserati, very expensive and labor intensive. They also told me that, while they were searching for a replacement engine, they would keep me informed of progress, which they did. And, yesterday, they called to tell me that they had ordered and received the engine and work was beginning Monday. This is a 4 year old car and I expected a similar aged engine and that was what I got. But, on top of that, they let me know that they are going to give me a 12,000 mile / 1 year warranty, just in case something goes wrong with the replacement. I didn't even ask for that. They were simply going above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I'm very pleased with the customer service from Zil and Hamid. It was right up there with the service I received from Jamil when they sold me the vehicle. Things don't always go right. And, I love dealing with a company that will admit their mistakes and make it right immediately. I recommend National Motors to others who wish to buy a nice used vehicle. More
