Great Customer Service! I called National Motors and spoke to a representative named Adam. I was interested in buying a 2012 Mazda, Adam helped me find a time to come in base I called National Motors and spoke to a representative named Adam. I was interested in buying a 2012 Mazda, Adam helped me find a time to come in based on my own convenience and was there waiting when I arrived. The car was clean and exactly as it was promoted on their website. The facility itself was very small but from what I understood if you are looking for a car they will bring them from any of their other locations to the location which is most easily accessible to you. Thanks for the great car guys! More
HORRIBLE! My husband and I went shopping for a used vehicle. Our salesman, Drew, was very friendly and helpful. We test drove a few cars then decided on the one we wanted. The manager, Guy, came down on the price for us, but then turned around and added on fees so the price went right back up. We negotiated a bit and met in the middle. All was fine and everyone was very attentive during that process. I had to go back the next day to pick up the car. This time, I went in the dealership alone. I heard some very inappropriate comments as I was sitting in there waiting for my keys. Keep in mind, it was all men in there and I am a young female. It made me feel uncomfortable, but I stuck it out to get the keys to my new car. I figured I would not have to deal with them anymore. That evening, the airbag light came on in the car. My husband took it back to the dealership and was told the person he needed to speak to was gone for the day. After countless numbers of phone calls, not one person bothered to return our calls. The car came with a 30 day warranty so obviously we wanted to get the issue looked at before the 30 days and it began the day we picked up the car. I finally called and refused to hang up until I spoke with the manager. When Guy got on the phone, he did not seem sympathetic or apologetic at all. I was told that I had to speak with Martin who is the service manager and he would call me back. Low and behold, he never did. The 30 day warranty has come and gone..not one person returned my phone calls and believe me, we called A LOT! I had to call and check on the status of my tags because I've had the car for almost 2 months now and my temporary tags are about to expire. They were in and nobody bothered to call and notify me. More

First time I went there wanting to look at a car, I called them before I went there and was told I should be there. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told the car was undergoing repair work and I had to look at other options. 2) Their mechanic is very inefficient and do not care for their customer. Literally the second day I got my car, the engine light was on and I contact them for a fix. At the first appointment, their mechanics did not even show up and I had to reschedule. At the second appointment, the mechanics told me I can wait there when they were fixing the car, I waited the whole afternoon from 1 to 6 pm! And I had to schedule a third appointment because they lacked some parts and had to buy it from another dealership. Did you even know that your customers have work to do rather then driving to your shop every other day?! 3) Their license department does nothing but hang you up. For two months after I bought the car, I did not receive the official title nor tag. For the past week I have been contacting them for the reason and the only answer I got was: please leave a number and will call you back. They never call me back, not a single time. The day before the temp tag expire, I call them again and expressed my frustration, they told me the their license department was there on the working time. I ask them to give me another temp tag so I can drive to work next week, they hung me up. I wish you all the best luck dealing with them! More
ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! LIARS! UNPROFESSIONAL! Called on Weds 5/20/15 spoke with several sales reps until I spoke with Robert, the "sales manager". I was interested in a 2012 Dodge Challenger liste Called on Weds 5/20/15 spoke with several sales reps until I spoke with Robert, the "sales manager". I was interested in a 2012 Dodge Challenger listed on their website, Cars.com & CarGurus.com. Robert said the car was available, I explained that I wanted to purchase the car & I would definitely do so if there was nothing wrong with it as advertized. I was calling from Raleigh, NC which was 5 hours away, Roberto offered to hold it for me until Monday 5/25 for a deposit. He takes all my information including my Credit Card information and says he will call me the next day to further discuss things. He calls the next day and I told him I had $10,000 for a down payment and wanted to finance the rest. He asked if I was planning on paying the down payment cash or check. I gave him the option to select what was more convenient. He says he would speak to his financial adviser and call me back that same day. He never called, Friday came & Left, Saturday came and was almost gone and he still did not call. I went to my bank and withdrew the 10k cash because they are close sunday & monday. Being that I wanted to make sure and not drive 5 hours for nothing I called and asked to speak to him, and asked why he had not called me, he flat out lies and says that he was waiting for my call. I explained that he said he would call me, he said the car was still available but that it was put back on the lot because he thought i didnt want it anymore, i told him i had taken the cash out and i wanted the car. He then swears he is going to call me back within a couple minutes, and doesnt. I called back twice! Both times he was "tied up" and I was told he would call me back. Never got any phone call. Now its Monday & I'm in Maryland at a hotel and I call before heading over there & im told the car was sold Saturday night. I ask to speak to him, and the lying xxxxxxx says he was waiting on my call. Again the same lie. I ask him why he was lying to me and he just says: "that what I Beleive". DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE LIARS, IRRESPONSIBLE, NEGLIGENT, UNPROFESSIONAL IDIOTS. I have wasted over $300 & my memorial day weekend for nothing. For what Robert Believes... More
