Shady business! We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had problems with it not being detailed. We didn’t push it because we needed the car immediately. When we purchased our car, we were t dealership and had problems with it not being detailed. We didn’t push it because we needed the car immediately. When we purchased our car, we were told that if we sent in referrals we would receive $200. I sent my parents in and they bought a vehicle ad had the same problem with the detailing. Theirs was so bad that they had to pay to have it professionally done. We tried for weeks to get a hold of someone to find out about the referral money and were out off each time. When I finally got to speak to our salesman, we were told that the sale had “capped out” (run out of time) amd that we would not be getting the referral money but that if we would refer someone else, they would double the referral amount. Rather than accept that offer I am warning everyone about their shady business practices. More

Avoid this dealership at all costs and especially avoid the sales manager Christopher Keen. He’s the shadiest one of the group. I drove 600 miles to buy a 2014 Sierra 1500 awhile back. I went to get license plates and I was looking over the bill of sale and it looks like I was charged $300 to etch the glass on the truck. The salesman didn’t mention that when I asked for a breakdown of the total amount financed. That's pretty expensive for something I could have done with a $20 kit off Amazon even though I don't see the benefits of it at all and was never asked whether I wanted it or not. On top of the $550 doc fee it looks like all but $150 of my $1000 down payment went to a bunch of nonsense. Especially considering the copies of the documents the flash drive I was given aren’t even legible. After looking at the reviews of the dealership online it seems as though they’re known for shady dealings. The truck was filthy after I waited an hour for the detail guy to “clean it up” which conveniently masked all of the dents, dings and scratches. On top of that the driver side headlight was full of moisture but I had to get home so I didn’t even bother trying trying to get them to repair or replace it at that time. That was a mistake. I’ve given them the chance to make it right but they insist that I bring the truck back (600 miles) so they can detail it again. Like that’s the thing I’m worried about. More
