Car buying experience from xxxx **BUYER BEWARE** Now this will be something you'll tell your kids about and your kids will tell their kids about. This was something that will make yo **BUYER BEWARE** Now this will be something you'll tell your kids about and your kids will tell their kids about. This was something that will make you sick to your stomach and none of this was made up... I went and picked up a truck from them last November (2018). I went in there looking to purchase a 2016 Ford F-150 and trade in mine for it. Things went pretty smoothly the day I went in. I told them the truck I wanted and how much to put down and shook hands and signed the never ending paperwork. Had a decent deal picked out and a solid warranty on the pickup **WHERE THE NIGHTMARE BEGINS!** So three days pass and I get a phone call from the finance officer (the person I dealt with originally) and he tells me over the phone... Hey by the way the loan we got you approved for and had you sign all the paper work on and shook hands and agreed on... They can't get you approved and we need to raise your payment 30$! Might think no bad but on a 72 month loan that would equate out to 2160$ extra on the loan... Super fishy and down right illegal in my opinion. So I said okay and they got my into another loan through another credit union. **NEXT NIGHTMARE** Obviously we all get a temporary tag on out car till we get out registration correct??? Wrong! The temp tag expired and I had to have called down there at least two dozen times! I don't want to get pulled over and get fined for it. Kept calling and calling and calling. Did the extension to the GM and left multiple voicemails with not a single call back. Called every extension I could possibly do through their automated system... FINALLY I get a hold of the sells person who helped me! THE SELLS PERSON! He is literally doing everyone job down there. I honestly have never seen a more inept set of people in my life than these jokers! Come to find out they never did a dang inspection on the vehicle and they were telling me that I needed to bring the car down to them to run the emissions and testing on it... So I needed to take a whole day off to go play their games again and let me tell you every person there were mean and it made it seem like I was putting them out from DOING THEIR JOB!!! **NOW HERE IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD** 127 days later I get all call from their finance person saying I never paid the $5,000 for the down payment. WHAT IN THE xxxx IS GOING ON PEOPLE! Basically four months later I get a call saying I never paid when I have record of me paying the down payment! Who is ever reading this STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM ANY NAP business. Once they sell you the car and it's off their lot THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU! Check all the other reviews from multiple sources. Not just google, yelp and FB all have terrible reviews on em. You either have an 'okay' experience or a down right TERRIBLE ONE. If you think this is made up go check it out for yourself!!! More

We drove 2 hours to SLC to take him shopping for his first truck. We went to National Auto Plaza to see a truck we found online. The truck was listed at $9,700.00. My son still wanted to go look due to that being our first stop. My husband had worked out a deal with the crooked car salesman of $9,700.00 out the door with taxes and registration. We knew he wanted that truck and asked if they would hold it for a couple hours. They said no and that if someone came in they would sale it. Totally understandable. We knew that was a risk. My husband also asked if we left if we could still get the deal we worked out. He said yes. We returned today at 4:30pm to buy the truck. My son was so excited. He loved the truck and that made me his momma very happy. We walked in to talk to the sales representative and the truck was still there. My son was ecstatic until he told us the NEW price. The deal we made was no longer being offered and my son left in tears. OUT THE DOOR WE WENT. Thank you National Auto Plaza for ruining my sons first car shopping experience. Something that should be fun and exciting for any 16 year old. More

I ran them ragged being picky but they never got frustrated or discourgaed instead they kept me laughing and interested in the next vehicle. It took some time but they arranged number and all kinds of stuff and made sure I was completely happy with the vehicle I was leaving with. I was super surprised at how amazing they were, and so paitient! I will only buy from Ris and Jim from now on!! They are what a model saleman should be! Thanks for a GREAT experience, Silver More
