Would not go to again. Paid over the phone for a truck. Went in to finalize paperwork and pick up vehicle and they told me I owed them more than what we agreed on. I have never dealt with a bunch of crooked, lying salesmen in my life then at National Auto Plaza. My family bought a car from them a ford focus. The car had a horrible shudder in the car we were tol salesmen in my life then at National Auto Plaza. My family bought a car from them a ford focus. The car had a horrible shudder in the car we were told by the sales rep that the reason was because we had the car in duel transmission. later on on we had a check engine line throw a code on the car. I took the car to big o tire and they said there were many recalls on the car (and some customer satisfaction fixes that were past the warranty or mileage), That we had not been told about by either Ford or the dealership. well once we were able to get the engine code issue fixed (transmission control unit) we decided too go trade it in for another car, We were then told that there was a Red Flag on Carfax report of structural damage meaning that the integrity of the frame and suspension was at risk and posed a possible safety issue. We thought maybe that it was because of us, but no it was reported 4 months before we bought the car from national Auto Plaza dealership. They never told us about it, and yet felt ok letting us drive away in a potentially dangerous car with the depreciated value and negative equity. We wouldn't even get 200 for it and the car should have been totaled when it was in the accident. But no they sold us a car with a re salvaged title and felt it was not in their moral ethical guidelines to let us know. I will be doing everything in my power to make sure nobody ever buys a car from them again. Worst, most dishonest and horrible dealership in Utah. I even went to them first before finding out about this to see what we could do to trade the car in, the sales rep at NAPD took the cars info and came back and said they were not looking at getting cars anymore....how convenient. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE AND SUPPORT THIS TYPE OF SALES ETHICS. NATIONAL AUTO PLAZA IN SANDY IS NOTHING BUT LIARS AND CROOKS WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONS. I am reporting them to every state and national consumer agency I can. More

I saw a 2004 chevy Silverado on Facebook marketplace for $2000 and sent an email of interest. The next day I received a call but missed it because I was at work. I checked my email again and I received a ne $2000 and sent an email of interest. The next day I received a call but missed it because I was at work. I checked my email again and I received a new one from National auto plaza noting the Silverado truck price reduced to $1500.00! I called back and a salesperson names Bobby from the Sandy location told me that he had been receiving calls about it today and many people wanted it. He said he had no buyers yet so I paid him over the phone Because I was still at work in full with tax. He called me back Shortly and said someone took it for a test drive and wants to pay the original price of $2000.00 and asked me to pay more to match the price. I said that I already paid them and saw that it was taken out of my account already. He hung up and texted me that I’ll be receiving the refund in 2-3 business days. I texted him back that this is wrong and contacted their manager and he said that the emailed price was a mistake and that was it. 😡 That was bad business. Worst Experience of Car buying Possible! PLEASE READ THIS AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME BY NEVER DOING BUSINESS With this COMPANY. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. They kept asking me more PLEASE READ THIS AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME BY NEVER DOING BUSINESS With this COMPANY. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. They kept asking me more and more money than their advertised price. I even called before I came in to confirm their offer with taxes and out door price. After driving the car and then, them agreeing to take my trade in the sales rep said he got it wrong on the phone and would be much more than he had said. THEN They sold me a car that within 20 hours of buying wouldn't accelerate. Called the next day and they treated me like fool. I GUESS I WAS FOOL FOR BUYING A CAR HERE at National AUTO PLAZA SANDY LOCATION. THESE GUYS ARE THE ONES WHO GIVE USED CAR DEALERSHIPS A HORRIBLE NAME! NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS! More
